I have had issues with this company every single payday I have had with them, also the fact that they charge a total of £85 if you need a bit of an advance of your own money. I understand £30-£35 fee for same day transfer but they charge £50 for the admin fees. What admin work? Because it's you that has to send them all the details I.e invoice numbers, date they will receive the funds and total amount they receive, then they charge £50 to send an email saying your request has been accepted.

Every week without fail after their charges I receive a little over 50% of my weeks earnings. All they have to say it I haven't claimed expenses, that irrelevant as that's me spending my money. It's their charges and fees that cause it.

Worst part is they will never give you a straight answer. I would prefer if they just told me straight they was screwing me over. Every time you phone them you speak to someone different. I have been with umbrella companies where certain workers are assigned to you personally and I would call and they would know me by voice.

I would recommend that you all stay well away from Parasol unless you enjoy being screwed over and only want half your wages.

I had a similar experience as below - my petrol receipts were lost too and they refused to pay my mileage expenses. I lost over £200 as I was doing a lot of travelling at the time. Really annoying especially as they only need the receipts to claim back the VAT for their benefit not mine! Made worse by speaking to a different customer service person every time I called

Avoid these idiots... your a number when you join! Have robots working there who just follow rules and are about as flexible and helpful as a chocolate teapot!

Take over 5 days to approve expenses

Cost £35 per CHAPS when you need your money quickly

If they lose your mileage receipts you can forget about them helping you get your missing cash!!

So annoyed with them, I could explode!
