Fast Track Estate Agency

Just about to exchange on a property I listed with Fast Track Estate Agency. To be honest I was apprehensive of using them as they are pretty new but I am really glad a I did. Their photos, floor plan and written description were better than the previous high street agent I used.

Their staff are friendly and know their stuff. I have been impressed by the communication since the offer was accepted but they are on 0.5% commission (£0 upfront) so I guess they are pretty keen to get to their payday.

Anyway, from my experience they are much better value than expensive local agents.

Used them to sell my home and thought they were excellent - given that they charge low fees (we paid 0.5% commission) their service is excellent value for money. Really impressed with their photos (I think they employ a photographer) and marketing. Our sale has not completed yet but from what they have done so far I am happy.
