Please do not buy from this untrustworthy, unethical, and truly deceptive online retailer as they will not refund your money even if you legitimately return an item!!!! Please be warned!!! My daughter purchased and returned an item that she wasn’t happy with, and over 2 months later I’m still having to send them emails to get the matter resolved! Firstly they tried to persuade her to accept a credit note, then they deducted money because she didn’t get a refund code from the small print (unheard of) and now they’re refusing to refund the money full stop - unbelievable!! I’ve started researching this company and found out other people have had similar problems - some people have been waiting a year for a refund - in addition to lots of other negative reviews about True Corset - I wish my daughter had been aware of this information before making the purchase, which is why I intend on writing as many negative reviews as possible as no one should have to endure this poor treatment! I’ve also realised that the company keeps changing its name, which reflects badly on their branding - what are they trying to hide?!?!? I’m now going to seek legal advice on how to get my daughter’s money back! True Corset are not the best and do the opposite to what their brand suggests! DON’T BUY FROM THEM and please spread the word!!!

The corset I ordered from them was supposed to have 16 steel bones in it but it only had about 8 plastic ones. I never bothered to put it on because I knew the second I saw it that I was going to return it. The return process is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. You have to pay the shipping to return the product AND they take the original shipping out of your refund so in total Im down 25$. I also had to micromanage them to get my refund in the first place. You practically have to beg them to give you your money back. You would have an easier time healing an ulcer than returning an item to this shop.

Be wary of this website. Firstly their products are definitely not great quality especially considering the price. Their sizes are not true to actual size, and they do not have a size chart. I ordered quite an expensive bra a size bigger than I usually get and it was way too small for me. The only reason I risked ordering it, was because they promised a free return. Turns out the return is not free! They write that they pay for shipping costs for exchanges and refunds when you order products, and then once you go on their separate returns page it says that free shipping is only for exchanges, not returns. They should have made it much clearer that they do not pay shipping costs for returns. They make you pay for a tracked package, and the whole return process is a big confusing hassle. Would not recommend at all. 

I loved their website and ordered a retro style suspender girdle. They answered a query about delivery promptly, it was dispatched the same day and arrived two days later as expected. The garment is of great quality, really well made and just as described on the website. It was difficult to find one of these garments in a small enough size - they do them in XXS, which is just right. Highly recommended.

I ordered four items nine days ago and they STILL haven't shipped. Not only that, but their stock isn't up to date! I ordered a wine colored corset and FIVE DAYS after I ordered it they emailed me to tell me it was out of stock! Seriously! You couldn't have told me that the day of? And then I responded with my replacement item THREE days ago. And guess what? It STILL hasn't shipped. Had I known the service would be this bad I wouldn't have wasted my money on them. There are way better places to order from that ship the next business day at the latest and actually keep their stock up to date. If there was such thing as an F- I would give it to them.

Submitted an order and they charged my VISA, came back two days later telling me my item was completely out of stock. Took over two WEEKS to process a simple refund. Customer rep was polite throughout but the turnaround time is terrible.

Great experience buying from this website thought it was well laid out and had no problems, the Corset was delivered on time when expected and it was as described. I really like the fact that you get to see a picture of the corset you're buying rather than seeing a generic image of another corset that is vaguely similar (as was the case on many of the other corsets websites I had been looking at).
