The collection was on time and efficient, the vehicle came back clean and the same day. I was amazed that my car servicing provide an online run down of my service prior to me getting my car back rather than the grubby oil covered sheet of paper that I am used to (if there at all) I am happy to recommend and will of course use my car servicing again

During a routine service at my local VW main dealer (£115 an hour labour!) I was advised that my propshaft mount had split and I needed a new propshaft. VW told me that the mount couldnt be purchased separately and they would need to fit a new shaft. Parts and labour for the job was more than £1500!!!

The guy on the phone at my car servicing advised that it was a common problem on VW Touareg's and Porsche Cayenne's. My car servicing arranged for a specialist 4 4 repairer in Milton Keynes to collect the vehicle and replace the damaged mounting only. The total job was around £1000 cheaper!

Fair play to them they did exactly what they promised, they picked up my Hyundai from my home after 6pm, left me a brand new clio as a replacement.

They brought it back the next day at the same time, cleaned inside and with no extras on the bill
