“More excuses... No Product Received. DISGUSTED”

Ordered and paid through GoGroupie. Payed for fulfilment and delivery £14.99 to Personal F'ing Choice. Got nothing. 3 Calls to them all charged at 10p a minute Minimum, no acknowledgement, no response... just blamed Courier. However, last phone call they said courier had lost it. I firmly said 'send me another urgently' (for business use)they said 3 to 5 days (I've already waited a MONTH)! I then checked to make sure they had stock and was shocked to get the response that there was no stock and they have no idea when they would have one to send me !!! GRRRR. Don't ever consider using them.

“Still Waiting.....”

My elderley father (90) asked me to order on his behalf an item for my daughter's cat. It was ordered in July, and the money taken from his account a few days later. After a couple of weeks I phoned them they told me that the item was out of stock and it would be in on 10th August. Now end of August I phoned again, this time the person on the phone said that they couldn't speak to me as it wasn't the person who ordered the item, my poor dad is 90 has alzheminers, and hearing problems, so naturally I do all his ordering etc.. I said that this is hardly a security issue, all I want to know is if the item was in stock. He wouldn't tell me. I mentioned that I spoke to a person before and they discussed the order. He said he could loose his job if he told me! So the next day I phoned back this time the lady told me that it was back in stock, and should receive it soon. Mmm I'm beginning to wonder now, after reading all the bad reviews. I emailed them through their system twice didn't get a reply. I didn't even get a Confirmation email after placing the order. The customer service is as bad as it gets. I shall not be ordering with with ever again. I'm still going to plug away, it's horrendous that they can take someones money and not supply the good.

“Disgusted customer.”

this company is a. load of rubbish I ordered. And money was taken from account straight away. I recieved part of order which was a lamp with missing switch. The rest of order I have not recieved, numerous phone calls rude excuse making staff no e mail replies.they should not be allowed to carry on trading.

“NEVER AGAIN”

I ordered goods on 8th December, money taken from my account on 16th December. It is now 4th February and I still haven't received the goods, phone calls and emails just result in yet another excuse. I reported the firm to Trading standards yesterday and am seeking legal advice. DO NOT order from them.

I placed an order at the start of January 2015..... I must be 1 of the lucky ones I eventually got my order 23/01/215, unfortunately they seem to have forgotten this was a BOGOF offer.... I have emailed once asking where my order was, hmmmmmmmm nothing and have just emailed again asking where the 2nd item is, that was before I did a check on complaints about Personal Choice and dawning on me I probably won't receive it!! How can the Daily Mirror promote such a company and if nothing happens about the other half oF my order I will be contacting them myself to complain to them too!!

“goods not received and rude customer service ”

Ordered goods 9/12/14 have phoned twice firstly told items had not been dispatched due to a fire then told they had been dispatched and it was the couriers fault , customer service does not exist very rude , when i informed him that the company was now in breach of contract he replied that i had all the time in the world to complain (actually i also work) and was not bothered that they had taken my money !!! This company also trades under the name of harrogate house . I will contact the newspapers that they advertise in along with the new retail ombudsman and trading standards. DO NOT be taken in by the glossy brochure or website .

Ordered two items on eighth Dec 2014.phoned them on twentieth Dec.Was assured items would arrive within 48hours.No they didn't Phoned again 7th Jan 2015 Was put on hold for ages.NO response Certainly do not use this company. Don't know how they've got away with it for so long. Fortunately my order only came to thirty pounds, so I shall write it off. Very frustrating.

“Never, Ever Order from this company!!”

After ordered an item online at the beginning of November to which my card was debited for immediately, I called at the end of November as no goods had arrived. At this point as I was informed the items were out of stock and abrubtly asked if I would like a refund. I enquired when the items were due in and that was met with a blank. After a further 2 weeks I called several times again to request a refund. Each time I was placed on hold (at a rate of 10p per minute - minimum!), transferred to various people and cut off several times in the process. After requesting to speak to a manager, I was met with even more hostility from this individual who told me the items were dispatched firstly on 30th Nov then on 3rd Dec - which was it? I have written emails and letters to which no response has been received. It is now 10th Jan 2013. I have received neither goods nor refund. This company should be referred to both Trading Standards and Watchdog as they are advertising goods for which I yet to be convinced they actually have. However, they have no problems with deducting payment immediately!

I totally agree. I placed an order on 08/12/12 intended as a xmas gift and -to be fair - was told it may not arrive in time for Xmas, but as the recipient also has a birthday end of Jan., thought this would be ok. Still nothing... though money already taken from my account! Rang Customer Services today. (name removed) said item was dispatched so MY responsibility to wait a month then report to P.O. Rubbish! She was very brusque and unhelpful. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said I AM the supervisor! Accounrts dept admitted they'd made a mistake on statement, i.e. missed off P & P. But said "So What?" Have promised to ring me back tomorrow, but in the meantime.... please don't order from these totally unprofessional people.

after placing an order and the money being taken out of my account straight away, my order did not arrive, and i rang them to be told that they were not in stock and to ring them in two weeks time ,i then rang again to be told that they had been shipped , the gloves have still not arrived ,so i tried to ring them again on saturday customer services were not open , this is the worst company ive delt with and for it to be advertised in the sun newspaper is a disgrace this is a month now and still nothing

I had sent a cheque in payment for there offer on Three bras on 12-6-12. I am still waiting for delivery of them after two phone calls to the company. They have told me that item had been sent out and returned to them. Saying that my postcode is incorrect when this is not the case. The two phone calls costing me money I have never had any problems about my postcode before. And find excuses had to beleive.I will be contacting them again. And if i dont get a response i will be taking this matter further.

“Order never received”

Placed an order on the 6thof may. Now the 31st of june and still havent received it. Called them several times and they claim there is no order. My bank statement says completely different though. They refuse to answer emails and i refuse to call the number provided anymore as i am sure i have spent £10 on hold for an item that has cost me £24.97.

“Returned goods number”

Before you can send anything back you have to ring a premium rate phone number for a "returns Number". You are kept on hold for some time at 10p per minute. It cost me £1.80 (18 minutes). This is a deliberate ploy to ring more money out of you. Their terms and conditions says that goods will only be refunded if they are returned unopened and unused. How ridiculous. How do you know something isn't as expected without opening it. If you buy anything from them, this is what you risk if the good aren't satisfactory. I would have liked to see their terms and conditions before I bought. If I had, I would probably have avoided them.

“Substitute for flashlight appalling”

Instead of the flashlight ordered I was sent a 34 page booklet printed in 1976 on face-saving exercises, and no money refunded. I should have looked on the web for reviews. Don't have anything to do with this site, though their catalogue is convincing.
