Bought a r/t ticket to Shanghai with the assistance of Oojo. This is a long flight with stops and he, was able to find a better flight with minimal layover time. He also did a terrific job walking me through the process and stayed on the phone with me while I selected my seat assignments as I wanted to be sure that I could obtain aisle seating throughout the r/t ticket. The service which is so lacking with many online services was excellent.
