“Took 16 days to get a new itinerary on a cancelled flight”

Terrible experience with OOJO and will never use them again. Will pay more for a reputable company or book directly to the airline and pay a little more. What happened: Flight (Feb 16) was cancelled feb 1. I confirmed a new flight for the 19th that they “sent off to the airline and they are waiting for their okay”. 14 days later, many phone calls and emails and I finally get a manager. The confirmation was never sent off. We were waiting on nothingness but all the people I talked to never thought. They just restated the notes in the customer postal. The manager caught this, sent the confirmation, called the airline and within the day I had my ticket. Staff other than the manager was useless. Polite and very nice but completely useless. They didn’t think. Just read and a repete. No thinking. Please safe yourself the headache and don’t use the little companies who staff their employees with no training or adequate head set that aren’t static, tunnelling or cut out. DONT BOOK thru OOJO

“Never using again”

I have booked an airline travel for my parents using OOJO and wanted to change their reservation to an earlier date. Airline told they can accommodate the travellers to other date but as OOJO made the booking, OOJO can only be the one to modify the ticket. Airlines ensured that there is no penalty or extra processing fees related to change of ticket. After reaching out to OOJO, they are asking for a lot of processing fees and justifying the fees by some excuses. This is such a bad scenario where end customer and service provider are fine altering things and OOJO is the one not allowing us to proceed. I even ask if OOJO can give direct control of the ticket to airlines and looks like that is not possible as well. I had trusted OOJO in the past but I will not be using this service in future and will ask other people also to condemn this travel agency as they just make things hard with all the regulations.

“Do not do it!”

DO NOT DO IT! They may seem like they have good ratings or reviews but it is untrue. Yes you save some money but it may back fire. My husband and I bought tickets through them from Atlanta to Rome, Italy. I have never regretted something so much. We bought them way in advance so the flight wound up changing. Oojo did not even reach out to me to update our tickets, I had to call them. Then whoever reissued our tickets messed them up. Therefore, when I tried to access the tickets to pick seats or anything through Turkish Airlines. I couldn't. I played phone tag, email, and many headaches back and forth between Oojo and Turkish Airlines and the problem was never fixed. I had even purchased travel insurance through Oojo in order to protect our tickets which was useless because they could not issue a refund. Also, I have the upmost respect for anyone that knows more than one language but if you get frustrated by hard to understand accents that is another problem you will face.

“Unlawful company”

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked round trip flights but later I had to change the date due to family emergency. They were hiding to disclose how much I paid for flight in and out. They said we will not provide that information. Because then I will be able to find out how much they are trying to deceive me. They already paid 1,020 for round trip and they wanted me to pay another 1,000. I went to their website, their ticket price was $600. So why are you trying to deceive me? I already paid you for round trip and we only use one way ticket so far. SHAM! STAY AWAY! CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE UNTRUE TOO! Can someone from this airlines get my return flight money back or change my return flights from May 08th to the date in July? That would not be nice to trick your customer take their money! I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE FROM AIRLINES! The airline company wrote me that they have a case with a complaint assigned a special id: *******. And asked me to email them so I did email and called multiple times, I was told that someone will call me back but no one called me back! CAN SOMEONE FROM AIRLINES LOOK INTO MY CASE? My mom's flight is on May 8th, but she wont be able to fly back. So I need to change her flight dates to July. I did explain to the customer service that my dad went through amputation surgery so my mom needs to extend her time and stay longer. But they did not seem to care! THIS IS WRONG! I paid for round-trip. I need you to change our return flight tickets to the later date. I already paid 1,020 for round trip. I do not think you asking me to pay additional 1,000 for return flight on top of 1,020 already paid amount is FAIR. CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE MAY 8TH?

This was shared before. Special ID was given but they still demanded $1,000 and plus $150 on top of what I paid. So it is just untrue! This IS A SHAM COMPANY! PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!

“Big Sham Artist”

Stay away from from this company once you buy a ticket from they make your life miserable. I tried to change the date on my ticket they wanted to charge almost $1000 and my ticket was $950 I changed my mind I just wanted to go back on the date I was supposed to. They canceled my return date and asked either I will buy the changed date or I have to buy another return ticket because I can no longer travel on the date they canceled it. Customer service all from India covering each other they will not let talk to a supervisor. It was terrible. I had to pay extra to comeback in a later date and 10 hours layover as soon as I get to the state I am taking them to court

“Horrible. Don't use them! ”

I was stranded at airport for 24 hours becuase of delayed flight. Oojo talked me into spending extra money for "flight protection" which didn't actually protect me from my missed flight. Barely any refund. Had to spend $2,000 more to go home. They didnt help me find a reasonably priced flight. They wanted $13,000!!!!! I had to find one on my own. Also, we booked specific seats months in advance. Then they changed our flight itenerary multiple times, and we lost our seats that we had paid for and were given NO refund. This happened not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!! Unbelievable. I finally settled on just taking the refund that was barely anything while I sit stranded at an airport in another country trying to get home. What a terrible experience. Never again.

I bougth a ticket ID booking PQ6DG from Asunción New York Asuncion on november 17 2022. They never sent me the ticket. Until today nothing happen. They promised to refund my Payment in my Bank account. Never happened too.  Never reserve or buy a ticket from them. I denunced to the US Embassy in Paraguay departamento de Fraude.

“Worst of the worst”

This is absolutely the worst travel agency that I have ever dealt with. Hands down the rudest customer service employees ever. Called more than 8 times and still got hung up on every time. Super unprofessional and disgusting. Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and I was told “NO”. That’s hilarious, I highly encourage everyone that’s reading this to never everrrrr book with this agency. You better off walk to your destination. Wish I can rate it 0 stars. Jeez

Don't use/trust OOJO. I would give it zero stars if possible. was tricked by OOJO.com online travel agency. During my attempt to make a reservation using their web site, I entered my credit card information, then the site generated a message stating that my reservation could not be completed. I waited few minutes and checked my email inbox, and did not get any emails from OOJO.com. On 6/13/2022 I noticed that my credit card was charged $1266.17 by OOJO. I went back to my emails and found the OOJO on 6/7/2022 issued a ticket on Turkish airlines for me from IAD to IST, but the dates and times for the flight are different than what I wanted. So, I was booked on more expensive flight dates and undesired travel times were selected on these dates. I called OOJO customer service number on 6/13/22. OOJO have setup a call center in the Philippines and they will not allow me to speak to any supervisor or any authorized person at OOJO HQ in CA. i explained to rep at the call center the OOJO site error, and how I was not able to get a chance to make sure that tickets information before the ticket is issued because the OJOJO site message stated reservation can't be completed. i asked them to refund me or at least change the ticket to my desired travel dates and times. They put me on hold while checking with airline. Then informed me that they can't refund but can change it but I have to pay an additional $170 to OOJO for change and processing fee. I asked if OOJO takes any responsibility for faulty web site message stating reservation could not be completed. The Rep at the Philippines, replied as passenger you have full responsibility to make sure that ticket issued to you is correct and for your credit card use regardless of what messages you may have seen on OOJO reservation site. The rep refused to allow me to speak to supervisor, stating our supervisors don't take customer calls and the rep will not connect me to OOJO staff in the US. I called Turkish airline and they said your ticket class allow changes without extra charges except if new dates/time ticket price is higher. My desired travel date time ticket price is $1093.57. So, OOJO with this scam is able to get over $340 in extra charges over what I have paid if I went to airline directly. The lure, they announce lower price, then as you about to complete reservation, they generate reservation can be completed message and once you close this popup the site do to home page to prevent you from reviewing the reservation and confirming. Several hours/days later, they use your credit card information and book you on high priced flight on different dates, and then wait for you to call them asking for change; now they can collect even more money. I would to like add that when I discovered that my credit card was charged, I started searching my emails; I noticed that OOJO on 6-7-22 sent me an email stating that a ticket was issued, and a day later on 6-8-22 oojo sent another email asking me to resume my reservation attempt. I am not sure if that second email is designed to trick me to buy two tickets; or it is side effect of faulty OOJO website.. Anyway, these two emails serve as strong evidence that there was something wrong going on with OOJO software when I was trying to make the reservation. I should get a full refund. OOJO must be accountable for its software/site errors. I will tr to see if I could take them to small claims court. Don’t trust or use this company for anything, I rather lose my ticket than pay them additional money to fix the ticket Travel Dates and Times.

“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER AGAIN”

We booked tickets to Tokyo for this June and the due to the travel ban, we are unable to go. Oojo has been horrible to deal with. First, they won't simply let me push my trip back to next June. They also want to penalize me half the total cost. The worst part is that every single time I call them, they give me different information. We have different refund quotes. One person who was very nice, Vesemir, told me to call June 13 (48 hours before my flight) and reschedule for June 13, and that is apparently now wrong. I have spend HOURS trying to get someone to give me the right information and they are not helping me. I should not be penalized for these tickets. There was no way I could have predicted the Japan government would close it's doors still to tourism. I also purchased their Travel Protection, which I was told was to be "100% safe my tickets were refundable for any reason" and after paying, the fine print said otherwise. I never would have purchased these tickets if I knew they would take from me.

Booked a flight through oojo - they canceled my reservation with NO notice at all. Would NOT honor my ticket although Amex had NO problem with the charge. They tried to say it was on my side till I said I would put Amex on the line to verify. They hung up then. Management will NOT honor the price since now the tickets are $200 more!

Be very careful! I bought an expensive ticket to Brazil for two months. I found out later that I could not take any bags. This information was not visible at all. If it were, I would not have bought it. Oojo's customer service did not help me at all. During the several calls, the employees would either fib that they would solve the problem or the person would not help at all. The last employee told me that they just sell the ticket, and that I have to buy the bags if I want any. It became very clear to me that, on their website, they sell a fare that should be much cheaper because it does not include bags for much more money, and they purposefully do not inform the customer about the bags. The customer then finds out that they do not have the right to take bags, so s/he must buy those bags from the airline. I am going to inform the travel company that Oojo is doing this. According to them, they are not obligated to add that information there. So, be very careful with this website!!! I have always bought tickets with Expedia, and they have been excellent. I deeply regret why I bought this ticket from Oojo. Oojo is not an honest company. This was my first time using it, and it became a nightmare. If you feel that you have been tricked by this company, let's join forces and put it out of market, so that they do not keep tricking people any longer.

The worse site you will ever see in terms of customer service ,first they will send you their confirmation code & will generate a waiting PNR no iff airlines & in 48 hr they will say flight in no longer available & will try to sold other air ticket from airline , don't fall in the sham they are shady people, they won't give their identity will tell we are located hawaii , California , Philippines etc save your time dont book with them

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a flight on May 03 2022 and immediately got a confirmation email with a confirmation number. but in the same email, it said "We’re processing your reservation and will send you an e-ticket receipt to email once completed. This process usually takes less than 1 hour, but in rare cases, it could take longer." After an hour I got a call from their customer service department saying tickets are sold out and also the airline has increase its price (which now equals to Google flight/Expedia price etc). so, if I want to continue with the booking I have to pay extra please please use some legitimate companies to book your airline ticket even though it might cost you a few extra $$ it's worth it.

I purchased tickets but because I found cheaper tickets somewhere else, I immediately canceled the tickets for a refund (within 24 hours). Aside from the cancellation process being a hassle, somebody over phone confirmed the cancelation. It's been two weeks since and I haven't received the refund and every time I call they connect me to somebody in India who has no idea what I'm talking about. I've been writing to Kayak about them since they shouldn't link flights on their website to Oojo.com.

“Dont use this company if you will ever think of...”

I purchased a flight ticket from this company OOJO FLIGHT AGENT. I was supposed to travel on December 24th, my COVID test came out on December 23rd I tested positive for COVID, I started calling this office from the time I received my COVID test to cancel my flight, they will pick up and tell me "we have escalated your case, someone will call you back " they refused to cancel this ticket. Around 5 pm, some were able to talk to and requested for prof of COVID result which I did send to them via the email they provided. They called at 6 am on December 24th to process the cancelation stating that I have protection on the ticket and that I should get a full refund, I later the same day got an email stating me "no show" on my ticket why I have been calling them to cancel the ticket. I have asked them how they want me to cancel if not by calling them. I just see that they intentionally refused to cancel this ticket until the travel date. Till now I am still begging for my refund for over 2 months now but they refused. This company is still holding almost my $8000. I even bought protection on this ticket. When I bought the ticket from oojo they sold me ticket for 3 baggage their itenary shows 3 baggage but the Airport airlines charges for extra baggage. oojo customer service don't do anything. Most of the time the customer service don't answer the phone. Charged my card travel protection without my approval. Flight was delayed more than 6 hours but no compensation. There is nothing to like all bad experience.

“Price increase ”

I booked a flight with oojo and I got a phone call the next day and I was told that due to the price increase on the ticket I have to pay the difference or cancel the flight. Which got me so frustrated because the agent I was talking to was literally telling me to make a decision right away because she has to leave in two minutes (very unprofessional). I have asked the agent to clarify why I have to pay the difference as though I have received a confirmation number for my booking, the agent explained by saying "the seats that they have promoted with the discount price was sold out and they have to change the price to the original which is over $100." I have tried to explain to the agent that the price increase has nothing to do with me because I was given a confirmation email and number about my booking. Since the agent was not really helpful I asked to be connected to a supervisor and I was told that the supervisor can only be reached by email and I was told the supervisor will reach me out by email but did not hear from them. I checked their website after the phone call and saw that oojoo is promoting the same price I purchased the flight ticket mind you that I was told the reason for the price increased is because it was sold out. I have been trying to talk with other agents for a couple of hours to get an explanation on how they are promoting with the price I purchased the tickets if it is sold out but after a couple of rings, it goes to voicemail. I have a really bad experience with them and this is the first and last time I am booking tickets with them!
