Had an idea of the product I wanted tho wasn't to sure, explained to UKlight. They broke everything down for me, asked me questions what I was using it for where I was using it etc and give me the options available and advised what was best and why it was best. I really liked how they took the time to speak to me, to understand what I needed from the product, and there knowledge of the products on the market which helped my greatly in deciding what to go for. The staff where very nice and realxed and I was not made to feel rushed as some other retailers would do. The item arrived on time as described I couldn't possibly be happier with the service from start to finish. Other companies take note "This is how you do business"!

Before purchasing from this company - I emailed with my inquiry, not only did I get a response, it was by phone within hours of me emailing!! The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Throughout the entire process including aftercare the business was exemplary. I would have no reservations about using this company again and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Excellent!

Rats - I can't mention names, so it says in the guidelines! We're all quick to complain about bad service these days. So here's a shout for an excellent buying experience. I have become a regular customer at UK Light, since my first experience needing some advice about a Kino Flo set up. It was like talking to a photographer friend who knew the kit, rather than a pure salesman and the advice was dead sound. I feel very looked after as a customer, which is ace. It's like the kind of service you'd expect from a family run photography store, only it's from an online retailer which is amazing. UK Light should be proud of how they work and how they treat their customers - it's very refreshing in this faceless age.

I was after a part that wasn't in stock and I was given advice about possible other parts if I was in need of it urgently. I decided to wait as I wasn't in a rush and was e-mailed as soon as the new stock had arrived. The item arrived the day after I bought it and I'm over the moon. Not many companies really impress me in terms of service but this one certainly did. They sent me a manfrotto catalogue as well which means I've spotted many more things I want to buy and I won't hesitate to use this company in future. Also, they were the cheapest I could find so that's even more of a reason to use them.

If you use or need professional level filming gear from all the leading manufactures you need to speak to uklight! Like most people it's tempting to shop around online and get the best deals, and everyone knows that the best deal usually means a compromise or hidden cost somewhere... not with uklight! I am still amazed at the service level I get from this company - from a simple bulb for a few quid to complete lighting assemblies the service is the same - fantastic! My contact, Ash, has always gone the extra mile to ensure I get what I need and has got me out of trouble more than once! If you want good honest opinions on which kit to get - you'll get it because they know from experience what will get the job done. My advice is pick up the phone and call them when you next need some top notch kit and you'll wonder why all suppliers can't be like this. Very happy customer.

I have purchased quite a few items (variety of photo studio equipment) from this merchant - all together 3 orders over 2 months, total sum close to 2k EUR. UKlight guys have shown themselves as very responsive and customer oriented sellers. I have received few useful tips and advises, even a very rare Matthews catalogue for free ! Also I was able to change my orders on the fly, adding few items. They have always responded quickly, provided tracking numbers - had no issues with shipping at all. In total - the best service ever. Will definitely keep them in a shortlist of best partners I have worked with.
