I previously had an experience with a duvet but the duvet store could not have done enough to make me happy,thank you so much for that.i was on holiday and they said I could sort everything out when I got back......how lovely is that

I ordered my king size mattress toppers on a Sunday and was kept informed via e-mail and texts on the progress of my order.

I was informed that my order would be delivered within an hour timing on the day or delivery and I was impressed that this indeed was the case.

I have tested the mattress topper and it is indeed, what it says in the advert, extremely well made, fit snugly on top of the mattress and with the elasticated bands holding the topper in place, it does not move from its position and is a very snug fit over my king size mattress.

I am so impressed that I am ordering the same mattress topper for a member of my family.

Ordered k/s 100% down duvet on Saturday,arrived ties before 10 a.m, duvet fabulous, never ever received email from delivery company, only a little point, have already recommended the duvet store to friends

I ordered an all seasons White Duck Down duvet via telephone. The lady I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. She checked that the item was in stock and told me that I would receive it the next day, and that the courier company would contact me in the morning to give me a time slot. I also received an email confirming "Your order will be despatched today on a next working day delivery." This all seemed as fantastic as The Duvet Store's website. I was excited to receive my new duvet so I kept my diary clear. Well, there was no word from the courier company the next morning. I had to contact The Duvet Store and was given contradicting information by the male and female staff members as to when the duvet would be delivered. It was finally confirmed at 12pm that the delivery would have to be made the following day with no time slot allocation until that morning. Very disappointing. When it finally arrived, the duvet itself was nice enough and I would probably recommend it to a friend. I understand that waiting an extra day is not the end of the world, but the high expectations built up by the company's wonderful website were not met in this case.

Greetings from Melbourne Australia. My husband and I had a super king size bed custom made. Sheets for this size of bed are hard to find in stores and rarely on sale. I could find no store in Melbourne that sold superking size mattress toppers, something we had discovered that a lot of 5 star hotels use to achieve a luxurious feel. So after many hours on the internet I found the duvet store! Emails in regards to sizing were answered within 24-48 hours and our mattress topper and sheets arrived soon after we ordered them (postage to Australia was reasonable). A year after ordering the products I am still happy with the quality of the products. An issue I had about the design of one of the sheets was resolved to my satisfaction after contacting the duvet store a year after my original order. I am truly impressed as it would have been easy for The Duvet Store to have ignored my concerns and my email. To me this indicates this company cares about their customers and their products. For the discerning customer who appreciates quality and great customer service The Duvet Store is for you!

Just to say what excellent service I have received from the Duvet Store - I phoned on Monday for advice on which quilt to go for and placed my order then, the duvet was delivered the very next day and I was kept informed at all times!

can I just say take no notice of the odd negative comment about the Duvet Store, as far as I am concerned they are one of the best Internet retailers I have come across. keep up the good work! bye the way the duvet is wonderful -'warm a and very light much better than the heavy synthetic one.

After deciding to purchase a goose down quilt and pillows I looked at the reviews for the Duvet Store. They were mixed and no recent ones , but after trudging around lots of stores and realising that there was a big difference between goose down and feathers and goose feathers and down! I decided to take a chance and order especially with the brilliant sale price. I ordered at two pm and by two pm the next day my ordered arrived. I received an email within two hours confirming my order and was able to track my order all the next day.

I placed a £300 order with the Duvet Store on 19/05/14. The money was taken from my bank account on 22/05/14. I was contacted by telephone on 23/05/14 by a member of staff to say that 2 of my 5 items were not available and she suggested 2 alternative items which were not acceptable to me. I instructed her to immediately refund my money and she assured me the cash would be back in my bank account within hours. This did not happen and I am still waiting for a refund.

I am astounded that a company would take payment before they had even made up my order for dispatch.

There are many, many reputable companies online who would never take payment before the order is complete and dispatched. The Duvet Store is obviously not one of them and I would not consider using the Duvet Store again under ANY circumstances.

I am very happy with the king size duvet I purchased from this company. It looks and feels like quality, and definitely meets the description advertised. A slight problem with delivery was sorted out quickly, efficiently and sensibly and would not stop me using The Duvet Store again. In fact with that level of service I will be more likely to use them in the future.

Will undoubtedly be coming back for my next one!
