Contacted them on severall occassions about some fauly AA batteries said they had not recieved emails then got abusive and blocked my emails going through so I could not contact them any more.Would not use again,disgusting service.

The first time I ordered phone batteries, they were 99p, arrived promptly and worked well.

The second time, the price had doubled and the quality was poor - needed recharging more frequently and only lasted 6 months. Third time of ordering and they are now £4 each. Been waiting around a week now.

If these batteries are as bad as the last batch, I will not be using this company again.

Extremely helpful on telephone. Ordered new battery for Maglite on Monday afternoon, arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Prices very competitive. Overall I cannot fault buyabattery. 5 star service.

Absolutely great service from buyabattery.co.uk - I ordered a maglite charger as my old one had become damaged. Delivery took just under a week which was longer than promised but they explained clearly that there had been a delay from their supplier. When I received the item it was a new style charger and wouldn't fit mine. I emailed them and they responded straight away and will be sending out an adaptor so it fits mine free of charge as the original delivery time was longer than they would have liked.

I bought a new charger, some battery cases and some new rechargeable batteries from buyabattery and I have to say not only were they the cheapest supplier (I looked at quite a few) but they were great at communicating everything and the delivery was brilliant.

I placed my order at 11pm on Tuesday night and everything arrived, really well packaged on Thursday AM.. Could not be happier and will be back to buy more when I need them.
