I'm a 48 year old woman and, have an allergy to most hair dyes!!..I've had trouble accepting my greys over the past few years or so & this really got me down. I discovered this product whilst doing the usual googling. I'm so pleased with the results. It has covered all the greys and left my hair feel healthy too. I will be definitely buying again!! LEAVE ON FOR 45 MINUTES AND USE HEAT TO GET BEST RESULTS!!

After dying my hair for 20yrs the last 3 times I coloured I got a reaction getting worse each time to which my gp told me if I did it again id end up in hospital as my neck swelled the 3rd time which affected my breathing, so at the age of 42 and getting married this year I didnt want to be grey just yet. I did lots of research on the internet and found grey busters so I ordered a bottle, being scared I made sure I did the 48 hr tests had no reaction so went ahead, I left colour on for 45 minutes with the plastic hood on to give heat, I felt no tingling or discomfort. Washed the colour off and it worked the grey had gone and the colour was lovely and looked so healthy. I do it every 4 weeks but its great as u can use the same bottle theres no waste with this colour. Id say its an excellent buy.

I suffer from allergies of various triggers, hair dye being amongst them. I've been using Natures Grey Busters for approx. 7 years with no problems. Don't expect the coverage of a chemical dye and you won't be disappointed. I like to mix colours to give a shade I like, usually mahogany and medium brown it gives a lovely reddish brown and looks natural. My hair condition afterwards is wonderful and I find I don't need to wash my hair for at least 3 days. I get a couple of applications as my hair is short. Only downside is that you have to order it online, I remember when they stocked this in Morrisons! Oh,and the cost.,but saying that it's a small price to pay to keep looking younger!

I'm neurotic about toxic chemicals so thought I'd try this product after trying a few other natural varieties. This is the best fore without doubt. I get a nice sandy/dark blonde but I so leave it on for 45-hour & give it a blast with hairdryer. No reaction & I like the fact that one bottle lasts me several applications, whereas other dyes must be thrown out. Only down side I guess is that it fades but to be honest, it takes quite a few shampoos before I need to reapply. I probably do it once every 4 weeks.

I have used this dye four times now. I'm about 30-40% grey, and have sensitive skin (eczema and allergies). I had no problem with this. The first time I used it, some greys where still visible after, but the second time I left it on a little longer and it covered them well. The colours are good with a cool-ish tone. I have used med/light/dark brown and not mahogany as they recommend against this on grey hair. If your not expecting a salon result you wont be dissapointed. I'm going to try mixing med and dark brown next time to give it a bit more ooomph.

This product does not make my scalp react like regular hair dyes containing ammonia or PPD. And while it does not cover grey as well as regular hair dye, it does do a good job of colouring the grey and blending it into my darker (previously dyed) dark brown hair. I am 75% grey and my roots show clearly when my hair grows out. But with this product, the effect is completely minimized. I use the dark brown on my roots and then touch up the rest with medium brown. I do this every week to 10 days, and the colour is quite acceptable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with lots of grey and allergies to regular hair dye. TIPS I have found that help: -use a darker colour on roots -put on a shower cap and apply heat (hair dryer) for the first 5-10 minutes -leave on for 40 more minutes -add your usual shade to the rest of your hair for another 20 minutes or so (if you need to touch up the colour) -use regularly; the colour seems to be cumulative -if you use a dandruff shampoo (letting it sit on the scalp), it with pull more colour out of the hair. You'll need to colour more often.
