After ticket sale, ASAP agent don’t respond emails or calls. It’s a pain getting assistance or answer your question, if the agent who sold you the ticket is unavailable, no one is ASAP is willing to help. Use it or lose it is their motto. I’m still waiting, my trip date is approaching and I haven’t been able to get hold of my agent! Quite a disappointing experience!.

Toward the end of the outstanding service provided by Viola, your webpage ask for a gratuity (tip) for her service. This is the first web site associated with airline tickets that has had the shear gall to do this to me. I don't appreciate it, and it has left a sour taste in my mouth--though upon questioning, Viola told me the gratuity was not required and assured me that she would receive the normal compensation for her outstanding service. At other companies, this kind of service is the standard. By asking for a gratuity, you are saying it is not--that your workers will only give the outstanding service for a tip. Without the gratuity request, this rating would have been 5 stars!

Voluntary appreciation of service or not, by any other words it is still a request for a tip. The best thing you could do is eliminate that section from your web site. If you think your employees need more money, then raise their wages. Don't try to be sneaky with your customers.
Because of Viola's outstanding service, I intend to use your services to buy tickets for my wife and daughter again.

This service is probably good if you book early but if a month or less before traveling not to much difference in price as what I found online,though my son got a good deal on a prior trip.

The last time I flew to London my arms got really tired. So I coasted for a while and then I was fine. Next time I'll bring something to eat because I got really hungry and had to wait until I got there for some fish and chips. The beer was warm but still very good.

I loved the customer service the only I didn't like is that when you go to the sight and enter your information you are given a low rate that you cannot book, then you either have to call for help to purchase the tickets or someone calls you.....

The process of my tickets has been delay by your staff resulting of the price increase and they offer me the same price but not as good as the other time of the flight. the service this time around left much to be desired. I did not feel that my agent was knowledgeable nor did he show any initiative in trying to help me resolve the issue I was having. This as it turned out was totally caused by ITN team . The overall process was made much more difficult and stressful than it had to be.

The international ticket prices I received were great, but you have to fill out and confirm your information multiple times and it is easy to make a mistake. So be very careful when confirming you info before submission. If you miss something or fat finger a name or birth date, they will not change it without double charging you for the flights.

At this time, not sure if I would recommend your company yet, because my flight has not happened yet. However, with the follow ups I have made for the questions I have asked, I don't feel comfortable recommending your company. Also, make sure that you're representative speaks slowly and clearly when they are talking to your customer. My trouble with the agency, why can't I get my seating assignment right away? I know I have dealt with other online flight agencies and with AAA; at the time of the sale, seat arrangement can be done immediately. I thought dealing with ASAP would make the transaction easier by providing all the information mentioned above.

on the website they said $793, then on the phone $885.. when I went to purchase within 10 minutes.. the price was $931.30 it was still the best price, but why all the bait and switch tactics?! Just tell me the truth up front please!

I've already written a review for them so this won't be super in depth. I'll just say I purchased ticket protection under the assumption that it was just that, and would protect my ticket against a wide variety of extenuating circumstances. After missing getting stuck in Kuta, Indonesia because a delay caused me to miss my flight to Jakarta, I still had to pay $700 for a new flight back to the US from Jakarta. Don't buy the ticket protection, from this airline or any, it barely covers any circumstances.

This was a last minute booking to Mexico. Their "too good to miss" price when you search is usually not what you are going to get unless you are very flexible with your dates. However, having said that, they were still able to get me a reasonably priced airfare 1 week before flying to Cancun. But it was not without its hassle. The first agent I spoke with , was very inexperienced and messed up our booking resulting in a cancellation of our flights. When that happened, she said the best she could do was a fare either double or $200 more than what we originally booked. So, I spoke to another agent , luckily more competent , who got me a fare only slightly more than the original but on a different return date. In the end, I still got a booking though it was anxiety filled. I would still recommend though with a lot of warnings.

The thing I did not like was that I was quoted a price of $948, then it went up to $1055 and made a reservation with that price in mind. Eventually I ended up having to pay $1076. But the rep did a great job in going the extra mile. It felt a littl3e like extortion. I needed tickets without much warning so I am grateful for the price on such short notice.

I was disappointed that I had been drawn in by a low fair that will be available in 6 months. The representative that helped me was courteous and respectful, and he did everything that he could in order to find the best deal for my trip. Unfortunately, he couldn't find anything better than what I was able to find on my own, but I appreciated his effort. I was not pleased with the length of time that I spent on the phone trying to find a low cost flight that it my schedule. I was also not very happy with the hidden service fee, but I should have expected that. Another thing that I didn't really like is the whole process of booking the flight: spend a long time on the phone, receive an email to make sure that the name is spelled correctly and provide other personal information as well as payment information, check my bank for charges and call the bank, respond to another email to confirm the right account has been charged and then finally get a confirmation. The bottom line is that is worth a shot, because the representatives just might be able to find a good deal for you.
