First time I ordered all was fine. Dress arrived on time, good fit, and great price. I got lots of nice comments when worn it. I had ordered extra for choice, returned the ones I didn't want and was refunded, without a problem.
Went to order second time and there was a "free delivery offer" Unfortunately the dresses didn’t fit well and I had to return, only to be advised that it was fine, but because of the "offer" I was to pay £2.95 adm. fee for each returned dress, which wasn't specified on the "offer" page. When I complaint they said that it was in the terms and conditions, which I find very misleading and I've never been charged from other online dress shops.
So be aware the charges that may be in place with "free delivery offers from this website, when order few items for choice / fit. The bonus from this "offer" seems to go to the seller only.
