I had a bed delivered from here over 3 weeks ago, it was not as we ordered. I have contacted the customer services team on numerous occasions yet no one ever replies. I have been spoken to appallingly and told a refund is not possible and no alternative solution has been offered. 3 weeks on the bed is still sat in our flat unwrapped and we have no idea how this issue is being resolved. I would definitely advise avoiding this company, even though the sales people seem nice. Once they have your money they do not seem to care.

Ordered bed on the basis that it was in stock. Then received a phone call a few weeks later to state that it would be a further four weeks. We then received another call to state the bed wasn't going to come into stock. We where offered an alternative. Fine we thought!

The bed was delivered & soon into the assembly I realised there was a problem (Safety rail was too long). I decided that it would be easy to remedy by carefully measuring & cutting two small sections off. I did this & was able rectify with ease. I was not in a position to wait for replacement parts as I would not have had the room to leave partially assembled.

A few days later I decided to e-mail the supplier to point out the problem. I wasn't expecting any reimbursement but purely wanted to highlight the problem (03/04/2014).

Now after waiting I decided to call as I had not received a reply. I was told that I had been called & it was explained that all I had done is invalidated the warranty & that we had already discussed the matter on the phone. Why would I call if I already knew this???

In a nutshell the problem was shoved under the carpet. Not a nice experience & wouldn't recommend.

I ordered bunk beds and mattress's from simply kids beds at the end of September to be told I would receive my order within 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called as I had received no correspondence from them. I was advised they would be in the following week and would be delivered straight away, I called again at the end of the week to see if this was still the case and was then told that I would not receive until November and even this date was not guaranteed. The only reason I gave one star was because when I requested a refund it was in the bank the next working day.

I would definitely not recommend this company,it looks a good company but the fact they do not call customers or even email them to update on progress of an order is very poor customer service

I was looking for a bed for my daughter in November. I came across this sitge with a massive banner on top "free next day delivery" Admitedly i didn't read the product description carefully enough to notice that in small font at the bottom it said delivery 6-8 weeks. The next day i got an e-mail stating the order would take that long. It is now January and 8 weeks have passed with not a word from the company that took my money at the beginning of November. I e-mailed them and they inform me today that if i still want the bed i am to wait till March even then with no guaranteed delivery date. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED! I am still waiting to find out when i will get my refund so i can go elsewhere and actually get a bed.

Very pleased with bed. Ordered bed late in the evening, received a telephone call from Simply kids beds the following morning to arrange delivery date. The night before the bed was delivered we received a text message confirming a 3 and a half hour window slot. Bed was delivered on time and delivery men were very friendly. I would certainly recommend this company they can deliver on Saturdays which is great for working busy family's.

Simply Kids Beds. First Class product. Brilliant communication by the sales teams. Happy Cheerful delivery drivers even at 1800pm on a Saturday. Quite Simply a company in the UK which are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Stuart and his team and will definately recommend.

We were a bit nervous buying a bed off the internet so we chose simplykidsbeds as they have a showroom that you can visit (even though they are too far away from where we live).

Had to ring them to order at the time as there was a technical fault with the online order form (April 2012) the service we had from the initial phone call through to the delivery was as good as we could have hoped and we would like to thank the whole team.

Ordered fire engine bed for nephew on line two hours later received a call with delivery time two days later , bed arrived on time great customer service cheerie. Glasgow delivery chaps the bed looked better than expected Nephew loved the bed has stopped sleeping with mum only down side I found bed £50 cheaper on other site and yes exact same bed

I ordered a midsleeper bed for my 5 yr old son after scouring the internet for the best deal.(same bed on eBay was a 15 day wait for delivery and only had a cheap mattress option) I ordered from Simply Kids Beds and within the hour customer services were on the phone to arrange delivery ( WOW only 2 working days!) I also didnt realise we got a two man delivery for no extra charge and they took all the boxes upstairs for us.

The bed arrived as promised ( at 7.30am the monday morning) and is exactly what we wanted - my son is thrilled with it, mattress is lovely and comfortable and it is lovely quality - already recommended to my sister for her son!

Bought pine bunk bed which was delivered the day after I ordered it, absolutely fantastic my daughters were thrilled to have their new bed so quickly. The website was very easy to use and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful with my queries.

The delivery man was friendly. I would definitely recommend Simply Kids Beds and wouldn't hesitate using them again
