this has been the worst experience of dealing with an travel agent i have experienced. The agents do not speak very good english and once you have paid over your money suddenly they do not pick up the phone.i have paid £2000 form my family ticket now thy r not picking up the call..... they R using fake Atol & IATA number please done trust them

“awful awful awful!”

I'm a seasoned traveller and this has been the worst experience of dealing with an travel agent i have experienced. The agents do not speak very good english and once you have paid over your money suddenly they do not pick up the phone. I called over 20 times and was put on hold for 20-30 minutes the few times the calls were answered. Do not use this company at all. Poor service, poor communication and poor delivery (if you're lucky enough to get your ticket). I wanted to give not no stars for the overall rating as the service is that bad. I paid for 3 passengers and did not receive my e-ticket and it was only the day before the flight having constantly called that they informed me that the tickets had not been booked although they had my money. Wouldn't wish the experience and sterss of dealing with this company on my enemy

I also experienced the same. a friend introduced me to Flights and Fly on 02/11/2015. I got a call from an agent who works there who sent me flight and payment details. However, since paying the full amount of 713 pounds on Monday, the company has not been picking their calls or responding to their emails.

Yes, they have an ATOL number which they usually attach to their emails.

“Harare 64kg con?!”

I just got a return flight London-Harare. The agent repeatedly guaranteed I would have 64kg baggage allowance. We went through the details & he, wasn't I checked all the paperwork for the breakdown & turns out it's only 23&23...46... Why say 64?! I was making plans with this 64 in mind...shaking my head... Can anyone recommend an honest agency?

The advisor was brilliant in finding the right flight at the right cost for my family. He really listened to and understood my needs and worked tirelessly in doing his best. I was very impressed with his efforts and genuine concern in trying to accommodate me and my family. I believe he went beyond the call of duty and always kept his promise to call or email back. I was also very pleased with how swiftly he managed to sort things out and my flights were booked within 24 hours!

I always surf the net for the best holidays and rarely go into travel agencies (only to take a brochure or two). We have been to many European holiday resorts but wanted to further my horizons to something long haul and exotic. Now where do you start with something like that on the 'Net' - well look no further than "FLIGHTS AND FLY LTD UK". I now have my own personal Travel Guru in the advisor from this Company so that's where I'll be going in the future. His knowledge, contacts, time and patience along with his determination to find us the perfect holiday package within our budget was second to none. I appreciate that all travel companies and reps need to make their commission but with my own costing through surfing the net it didn't seem to hike the overall cost to us with this advisor @ FLIGHTS AND FLY LTD UK - so he's definitely earned my business in the future. This is a travel company I will gladly recommend to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

“Appalling customer service....extremely unprofessional”

This was my complaint letter to them after they took my money but didn't issue my ticket and after endless fruitless and frustrating phone calls to them. "Please consider this email as a formal complaint against DialandFly Company for your appalling customer services which I was very unfortunate to be at the receiving end of. Unfortunately dial and fly did not book this ticket as A had said he had. I was very unhappy and upset to receive a call from them today( 3/9/13) informing me that the ticket had not been booked and was no longer available and that I had to pay for any extra costs that would be incurred in getting another ticket booked with you. I objected to this but he stated that it was not his fault but A's fault, who has since been fired. He also stated that Dial and fly company would not meet extra costs incurred in booking another ticket. I find this appalling because it is clearly DialandFly's fault that you did not book my ticket even when I had fully paid for it and yet I am still expected to pay for further charges. It is also appalling that the customer service team did not inform me of their failure to book my ticket earlier despite my numerous calls asking for this e-ticket to be issued. The customer service advisers (including Sam) lied to me on several occasions that they were dealing with it and promised to call me back within the hour which they never did. They would also pass me around to different customer service advisers to deal with my enquiries and complaints, with some even pretending to be the manager and giving me bogus names when I asked for their names. You have severely inconvenienced me both financially and in time wasted. You have also caused me great frustration and distress because of this very bad experience. I therefore request that I be refunded the full amount of money I paid for this ticket so that I can seek for better services elsewhere. " After all this fuss they eventually agreed to find me another ticket at no extra cost to me and issued the ticket that very same day but a month later to when I should have received it in the first place and with 6 days left to my travelling date. An experience I never wish to be repeated on me again nor on anybody else....

“not worth the risk!”

I came across flights and fly today, I made the mistake of checking the reviews after I had been made to make a deposit of £100. They were not professional, although the woman I spoke to an advisor, she was polite and helpful I had a bad feeling from the start. They then asked me to pay the rest via bank transfer.. so as I found this weird I called the airline, who said they haven't taken any bookings with this agency before. I then came across this site and saw the reviews! I am gutted I lost money, but i'm thankful it was not more!! People like this should not be able to get away with it so easy!

“Worst ever rip-off”

They seemed to be really helpful at first but they tried to charge me £790 for a ticket that actually cost £390. Luckily I checked online and found the real fair on the Arik website just in time. Please double check any prices they quote you.

Worst 'airline company' i have ever come across. Payed over 1000 pounds for two tickets more than a month before scheduled flight. Despite various promises and escuses, still have not recieved the tickets with one day left till arranged departure. Terrible escuse of a company. Please do not make the same mistake as i did !

“Got the job done”

Flying London to Bangkok, we booked through flights and fly (I asked my girlfriend to look up the reviews and she said they were good but she must have looked at the wrong people) The company has given us tickets with finnair and our flights are all sorted, the company did come up with the goods however all the correspondance was full of spelling mistakes and I was not confident about the company at all because of these mistakes and the bad reviews on this website. The bottom line is though I guess that I did get the flights fine, but I wasn't very confident throughout the booking despite flights and fly telling me everything was fine. Also if you do book with them check your emails soon after booking as there was one email I got saying something like 'we need confirmation email back within 1 hour', also the company nearly booked the tickets for ponaghy instead of Donaghy, but I checked the confirmation email and just changed it easily with them via email.

Booked a flight for sept and paid in full in june, had to cancelled that date so i asked for date to be moved forward, they said they cant, and i cant get a refund, i called the airline Arik and they told me i could get my tax refunded, so i called them back and spoke to the manager, he said 8 weeeks max to get the tax refund, i havent seen anything since august that i cancelled, everytime i call its lies on lies. DO NOT deal with this people!!!They should have told me they cant extend ticket dates in their company.

I think you are wrong, because I have just dealt with them and I find that all the thindgs said on the different comments are typical of what they did to me, Hiking the price of ticket that was duly paid for within 2hrs by another £500 by the next day, with frivolous excusses.
I am sure you are one of the staff planted to make them look good.
Shame on you.

“Complete fraudsters”

I booked a flight with them in September to go to Lagos on 16th December. I received a call on the 3rd December to say that the flight had apparently been re-routed by the airline and would have to make a stop-over in Abuja before flying to Lagos. I checked with the airline to confirm that this was the case; the airline said that there had been no change to the flight schedule. After multiple conversations with the agent, it transpired that he had not booked my ticket and that the ticket he had sent me back in September was in fact a fake. He then tried to cover this up by inventing the re-routed flight story in the hopes that I would simply accept this and he could issue me a new ticket. I have demanded that they rectify the situation but as yet this has not happened, and the agents refuse to put me in contact with the manager. DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY!! Absolute crooks that will lie and lie to cover up their mistakes!!

Read this about noble travels one of their Alias's

As I read all the other reviews my blood has literally gone cold and I feel nearly physically sick. My story started on the 26th of November 2012, where I was searching for 2 tickets for flights to Nigeria for the 23rd of December. I came across noble travel and called the 0207 number, thinking it was local. I was told that the one way ticket would cost £525 and my return ticket would cost £990. I was told to pay a £30 deposit by debit card. The following day I was told to pay for my sons ticket which was £525 directly into the there bank account. I paid the money on the 27th of November and was told the £30 deposit was towards my ticket, however I should not pay anymore until my sons ticket was issued. I started to call nearly everyday for my sons ticket to be issued so could I pay for mine. Finally one day a few days before the 23rd I was told the Airline had blocked the ticket. So then began my journey of trying to rebook another ticket on another airline. To cut a long story short, I realised that getting my money back was a waste of time so I decided to ask them to book Virgin Atlantic I was now given a date of the 29th of December. I was told to pay another £290 for my sons ticket, which I did this morning I advised that I would not be paying for mine until I saw a physical ticket confirmed. When the ticket was sent to inbox I called up virgin and they said the ticket existed in my Sons name etc, however as it was purchased through an Agent they were limited in the information they could see. After hearing from virgin, I felt more confident to go ahead and pay the remaining £845 for my ticket. As soon as I paid I called up to inform them. However the number did not work, so i tried an alternative number. I was told the person I was dealing with was out. It seems that no one else could deal with the query. I was finally asked how much had I paid etc, I told them a total of £1690. I was told the ticket would be issued in an hour. After some time I call ed back Virgin, again and they told me there are reservations made with our names but no tickets have been issued that the tickes needs to be ticketed that once ticketed, I would get a number starting with '932' and that I should ask the agents for the ticketed number. When I called back the agents, I asked for the gentleman who I was dealing with and they said he will be back in 30 minutes. They asked for my name I told them and they said the tickets have been issued, I now mentioned I spoke to Virgin who told me they said they had not been issued. He said I should wait for Mr who had sold me the tickets, so here I am am waiting to call back. (Once I hear back from them I will let you know how I got on) Well I just spoke to the agents again and they told me the tickets have been issued, I laughted and said thats not true as I spoke to Virgin. Mr said it is in the system and they would be ready the next day, I said thats a lie, because that is what I was told since the 29th of November that he needs a new excuse. I finally told him I need a ticket number and if not the tickets in the system would be cancelled. I even went as far as saying that if it is scam, just tell me at least I would stop wasting my time and move on with my life. He said He would call me back at 18:30 tonight .... The journey continues..... Called back at 18:40, both there numbers just rang away.....It is well

I would personally recommend this company in the future to my friends and family members, as i am dealing with this company from the last 1 year and i have been never let down by this company and every time they gave me the lowest price for the ticket even cheaper then Opodo.
