Waudby's were the only website that came up with the type of part I required - spindle for Bailey Unicorn caravan jockey wheel. Placed the order and a day later received a call to say their supplier no longer produced it and they would refund me. They then came back with another solution after consulting their technical dept. This was great proactive work by Waudby's for a fairly inexpensive but scarce part. Full marks for great service and friendly help on the phone. I'll certainly make them my first port of call when I next need a part. Alko & Baileys have a great deal to learn.

yet again disappointed, this is unfortunately the second time we have received poor customer service when returning faulty items through no fault of our own,to be met with unhelpful and quite frankly very un caring staff,such a shame as it is the only caravan shop that within a reasonable distance of where we live

Great awning at an excellent price!! Paid extra delivery cost to receive awning by 12noon the day after ordering. When I phoned the company they were very helpful and friendly. They told me that they would watch out for my online order and process it immediately so that I received next day delivery. Fantastic service, would recommend Waudby's.
