They Dont Refund Me The Money
AFter cancel the policy with them because one mistake of them. They agree woth me to refund me the money without any administration fee. I am still waiting and fighting with them to get this money back. I am writing them, calling them and always the same answer. And after 2 3 days waiting again the same process withiout receive any positive answer.

Not Fare, Don't Trust Them.
They took my money for provided quotation, but later blamed me that information wasn't right even though all were confirmed over telephone. They were not replying on my e-mail, they were not confirming their promises by written confirmation. Finally they pushed me to take insurance for almost double of originally quoted price. So, I had to cancel as they didn't want to provide any cheaper option. I had to cancel any they were happy to take cancellation fees.
Don't use them.
I am having the same problem tahn you. After taht I order to cancel with them and I am still waiting dfor the money back. They dont contact with me and they dotn answer my emails. I dont know what to do to get this money back

I Would Not Reccomend This Company To Anyone ! Cla
I would not reccomend this company to anyone ! Claimed they sent me five letters asking for proof of no claims. I naver recieved any! They phoned me once got no answer but failed to leave a message! Failed to contact me by email!To rub salt into the wounds they have told me they are taking approx 45% of my premium for approx 4 weeks insurance and they will only refund the rest when i return my insurance certificate which they have already stated in an email would not be sent until they recieved proof of no claims! Scam or what?
