I just purchased a samsung hwf551 sound bar from electronic empire it was £139 cheaper than currys so you can imagine I was sceptical. I ordered it with fingers crossed on the internet and it arrived 2 days later by courier I unpacked it set it up in 10mins absolutely brilliant. I would totally recommend this company for the impeccable service and money that you can save. I know I will thanks from a happy customer.

I was concerned that the price was £31 lower than amazon, and having never heard of Electronic Empire before I was very dubious about purchasing from them. However feeling slightly more reassured after having read some reviews about the company I decided to order from them. I placed the order Friday afternoon, I then received all the normal emails confirming order processing details. A nice touch was also the reassuring text message advising the delivery date of Monday. Then on Monday morning I received another text providing a one hour time period during which it would be delivered (with options for me to text back to change the date if stipulated time was no longer suitable. The HDD recorder arrived during the specified time. All plugged in and tested and so far it seems to be working perfectly. I would definitely use this company again if they remain competitively priced and based on my experience i would recommend them to friends and family.

I found electronic empire on a google comparison site and they had the best price so I decided to go with them instead of there competitors the site was very easy and user freindley and very easily laid out. Delivery took two days which is not to bad I will be telling my nan to choose her DVD recorder from them as I had no problems thanks again

my new samsung 51 inch is superb the 3d is great. The service was good i got my delivery 2 days after i ordered. The driver was very freindly and even took the tv out of the box for me and put it on my stand as i could not manage by myself i will be ordering again i will be back on electronic empires site again for a blu ray player

I purchased a 47" LG Flat Screen TV for a great price from Electronic Empire. The overall experience was first class. I called them before I placed my order to get some additional info such as stock availability and delivery timescales. The guy I spoke to was nice and helpful confirming that they had the item in stock and could deliver within 3 days.

After placing my order I received an email confirmation immediately and to my surprise a phone call that afternoon offering delivery the next day. Though they provided a delivery window of two hours it wasn't convenient for me as both me and my wife would be at work. So after some discussion we settled on a Saturday delivery, which was perfect for us.
