No Refund Yet
I bought a SSD for my Ninja recorder. After a week they told me that they were displaying an incorrect price and had to make an extra payment. I asked for a refund because didn't want to pay the double.
A month has passed and I have not received the refund yet (more than 400€!!!!). They don't answer me anymore. They said (16 days ago) I was going to get the refund in their next bank payment run. BUT STILL NOTHING!
Why I have to wait more than a month to get my refund back when It was THEIR MISTAKE? UNACCEPTABLE.
I am going to submit a claim to the European Consumer Center.

Mislead About Product In Stock
Despite being told verbally over the phone that the items I wanted were in stock & took my payment, 3 days later I followed up dispatch status only to be told my items were not in stock & their was no ETA available from their supplier. Totally unacceptable, disrupted my workflow with my client who was quite rightly not happy. After nearly 20 years a customer & tens of thousand pounds worth of business I expected a better service. It certainly has gone downhill over the years. Use to be much more personnal. Nowadays I feel more like an account number. False stock promises seem to be a common problem with cvp.com A sorry by email just isn't going to win my custom back & that wasn't even from the sales manager who screwed up, just an assistant!

Cvp - The Warm Attitude
Shopping is an art. A shopping with CVP is a great pleasure. A really great team of excellent professionals who always know what they are doing. Make it in time with extreme accuracy and precision. At the end, I, the customer, am very very pleased. I never late delivery. Prices are more than superb. I never had problems with this team.
With this warm attitude, I think that will be their customer forever!

Fobbed Off With Different Storys
Ordered in February part of order arrived.When I emailed said it would be dispatched within a week. Phoned several times and told same thing every time they said will look into it and phone back but never did. At one time was told it was in stock and had my name on it and would find out why I had not received it never heard any further. Spoke to manufactures who said had been some delay but deliveries were ok, that was a month ago. Latest is they may have one at the end of the month but cannot guarantee. For a company selling to the broadcast industry this is disgusting.

Order Being Packed And Shipped Today.... Again...
Only placed a small order online (£150) but received no email confirmation, only the paypal invoice and some purchase protection thing from Google. I rang after a few days to be told they had received the order and that my item was being packed and shipped that day. Day after, nothing arrives - I ring again - different person, same story - item being packed and shipped today. Still no official email order confirmation either. I can tell when I am being fobbed off and wont be using this company again...
Magnificent Service, Especially The Speed.
I needed a particular camera and lens for a shoot taking part this week, and made the mistake of initially trying to order it from another company on the grounds that they said they had it in stock. They also offered a speedier delivery option of "3 to 5 days" for £19.95 extra, which I opted for. When the goods failed to arrive within a week, I rang them and they told me that they hadn't in fact shipped them at all because they didn't have them in stock, but that they were expecting more in on Thursday - oh, and they'd refund the £19.95. I waited another week, rang them again, and was told that stock hadn't turned up as expected and they couldn't guarantee when I'd get the items. So I cancelled the order - but this left me with the challenge of getting the items in a matter of days.
Thankfully, CVP came to the rescue - I placed the order in the late afternoon and it arrived by 10.30 the very next day - and I only had to pay an extra £4.99 for the privilege. They were also very communicative throughout the whole process (with the other firm I merely had an acknowledgement of the original order), even sending me an interactive map to let me know how far away the delivery van was. Outstanding service, and I'd definitely use them again.

Avoid At All Costs
Ordered 1.6K worth of equipment on 6th Feb, 1 item of 9 arrived on the 12th after I had been told that the complete order had been shipped.
Following this there were 5 phone calls from myself to CVP, each time I was told the same thing 'your order has been picked and packed, will be sent tomorrow, we are having trouble with a new system.'
There was something a bit odd with the tracking details on the DPD website, I phoned up, and then sent screen shots of the tracking page, but no one replied.
All in all CVP ignored 3 emails, and the 5 phone calls (6th one today to cancel the order) were a waste of time, I wonder if I hadn't have cancelled order today (which I did an hour ago, still waiting for email confirmation) or hadn't followed up each the package didn't arrive if CVP would have noticed a problem.
Each time I've phoned up the staff have been polite, but unable to give me any useful information which isn't much use.
I would avoid this company at all costs, yes they are cheaper than some other places, but that comes at a the determent of customer service and updates to orders.

Bad Customer Service
I paid for the products for a week,they never give any notification about the status until I sent a mail to them, and they said that some of the products are not in stock, I asked them to send the others for me first and they promised, but five days after, there's no notification about the products are deliver or not! These two days I sent mail to them and they don't reply anymore. I won't buy any products from them anymore!!
I Paid For A New Item And They Sent Me A Second Hand One
I paid for a new item that should have received in less than 2 working weeks according to them. I finally got the item after waiting more than a month, and it was actually a second hand one, with multiple scratches and damaged pieces. I sent them pictures on the damaged pieces, but it took ages for them to go back to me, and they just offered me to send the item back for review, leaving me with no item for another month. Bad experience.
