what more can you say. Their website claims are totally false, free delivery and excellent quality, dont think so. Their reviews are fake and their cartridges are an expensive waste of money, which damage your printer.

When you call you get treated like its your fault, not impressed with this level of arrogant service and it needs to be made public.

I have been a customer of Ink Factory for more than ten years; they never let me down. The inks are of good quality and the prices are good too. I got a free cartridge on a special offer they were running and delivery was also free.

The website is easy to use, but there are a couple of little annoyances (like having to click the "buy" button many times), but I guess that's no different to any other site.

As a long-standing customer I'm really pleased to support a British business and it's great to know my cartridges were also made in Great Britain too.
