waited 6wks for my purchase nothing has arrived. money was taken by moneybookers similar to paypal. now reading reviews i see this company has been scamming for quite some time!! AND CLEARLY GETTING AWAY WITH IT.... UNTIL THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT COMES... HOPEFULLY THEY'LL BE SORRY & WISH THEY'D WORKED HARD FOR MONEY LIKE THE REST OF US!! CHEEKY BASTARDS...

they took my money on 19th Feb and i am still waiting for my goods.
emails are now bouncing back unable to deliver!!! Never use this company!!!

I purchased this item from 1st4buyers on 16th November, still have not received the item to date although they were quick enough to take my money from my bank account. After attempting several phone calls (none of which were answered) and several e-mails, again none of which were answered, i am now considering contacting Trading Standards.

I placed an order here approx 12mths ago and took 3 months to arrive. Unaware placed a second order through amazon which went to this company 1st december 2012, its now 14th Jan 2013 and nothing!!!
Phone number goes to voicemail all the time, no response to over ten emails!! and if thats not enough for you check out the registered address on google -261 Ferry Road, Hullbridge, Essex, SS5. Its a hair salon with crappy flat above in run down council estate road!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED PERFUME 5 WEEKS AGO AND DESPITE TAKING MY MONEY, THE PERFUME HAS NOT ARRIVED. I CANNOT CONTACT COMPANY BY EITHER EMAIL OR PHONE. I AM CURRENTLY TALKING TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A RUN BY A CON ARTIST. DO NOT BUY FROM IT!!! ONE STAR TOO MUCH FOR IT.

Happy with an item, arrived in a good condition and fast. The price was over half the price of what I normaly paid so although it arrived 2 days later than expected was woth the wait Would certainly order again.
What was your item. Strange review not to mention what you ordered and what the difference is in price. I think this is a fake review by the owner of 1st4buyers

I love New West perfume which i used to have many years ago and couldnt get it anywhere. I was a bit dubious about ordering online. BUT i can say i am very happy with my perfume thanks
That's weird because it was New West perfume I ordered which hasn't arrived after 5 weeks. I don't believe this is a real review.

I agree with this comment. Unfortunately I did not do enough digging on the internet until after I had paid for the perfume I ordered.

Took My Money, Failed To Deliver
They took my money for a product they couldn't deliver, because it had been discontinued. They didn't contact me to say that they wouldn't be able to deliver, and they didn't refund my money
After 2 months, I contacted them and they said they'd refund the money through Paypal. After another month, nothing. I contacted them again, and they said they had refunded the money through Paypal. I contacted PayPal. No money had been received. So 1st4buyers had lied to me.
(Worth noting: They won't do anything beyond 45 days - so if you order anything with a longer delivery time than that, you have no protection from Paypal.)
I contacted 1st4buyers again. The person dealing with this is not here, but he'll call you back shortly. He didn't, ever.
It is now six months since they took my money, and they've still got it.
I recommend you never to buy anything from these crooks.
I have given them 1star for customer services. I really mean no star, or negative stars, but it won't let me do that. If I Don't put anything in, my low score won't be included in the average weighting, which I do wnt to be reduced by my scoring.
Me too. £52.50 currently my credit card company is dealing with this and trying to get my money back.

You're lucky being able to speak to a person. I've been trying over a fortnight via email and telephone and have been unable to contact anybody. Please comment on the secret of your success.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I CALLED UP TO ENQUIRE WHY THIS COMPANY WAS USING MY PERSONAL NAME AND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
