We ordered a toybox for our son's first christmas. They delivered the wrong toybox (value 25.00 instead of the one we paid for at 75.00) Contacted them and they said that they could only send a new one when this had been returned. It took them 4 weeks to arrange a collection of the wrong one. They collected it and didn't give a refund. It is now June and we still have NO REFUND AND NO TOYBOX! Short of it is that they have stolen our money. I am so upset and infuriated by this company and the service. I have spent hours on the phone talking to one liar after the other & been passed from one company to another balming everyone else for the fact we don't have the refund yet. I am just so fed up and now have to take legal action. You call their sales line and noone will talk to me about this because it's not sales related!!! They always tell me that the manager will be in touch, will call, will email and they never do. I really have hit a wall with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They are so unprofessional and operate by basically stealing people's money.. how they get away with it is unbelievable!

Mattress arrived with mark on where wrapping was torn. Base was the wrong one. Despite many phone calls, e-mails & letters, got no joy. Informed credit card company and got full refund within days.

From my experience FurnitureBuyer have taken my order and money with no intention of honouring the transaction.

I ordered a dining table and chairs in October 2010. I was expecting to have guests for X-mas and desperately needed new furniture. i thought I was giving this company enough time for delivering the items I ordered. 4 MONTHS LATER and I am still waiting for a set of chairs!!! NEET TO MENTION THIS COMPANY VAN VISITED MY PROPERTY TWICE. FIRST TIME THEY FOUND OUT THEY FORGOT TO LOAD THE CHAIRS ON THEIR TRUCK, SECOND TIME THEY CAME WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHAIRS WHICH FROM THOSE I ORDERED. HENCE I SPENT 2 DAYS WAITING AT HOME FOR NOTHING, WHICH WAS A MONEY LOSS FOR ME THAN I SPENT SO MUCH TIME PHONING AND EMAILING THEM. IF I KNEW HOW MUCH EXTRA ENERGY AND MONEY WOULD THIS COST ME I'D INVEST THIS DEFINITELY IN MORE EXPENSIVE BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL WAIST OF TIME. PLEASE AVOID THESE AMATEURS, IF YOU CAN OR YOU MIGHT END UP WITH A HEADACHE.

I ordered a dining table which I was impressed to receive exactly 4 weeks from ordering. Unfortunately it was the wrong one and had to be returned. This was in October of last year.It is now nearly March and I still have not received my replacement.I am told they are under new management & deny all knowledge or access to orders placed last year; yet all the same individuals work for/run the company. They are polite but unwilling to help & try to fob me off with further lead times & alternative telephone numbers which are never answered; nor are my emails. To be avoided at all cost!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 CD storage stands on 11 December. Paid in full using credit card. Received confirmation via email. Requested an update in mid-Jan and got a "we will contact you" response but have heard nothing further despite repeated chasing. Have demanded delivery by 4 March failing which I will cancel.

In september 2010 I purchased a pine cabinet from this company.

The item that arrived was not finished like the product advertised on their website.

I sent them an email and initially they said they would swap it for the finished product but it would take 4-6 weeks as the item was made to order.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt (and a break for xmas) I reminded them early in January 2011 of their obligation.

I received a reply stating they would not replace the cabinet but would pay to have it finished if I got an estimate from a suitably qualifed tradesman.

I did this and duly sent the estimate. They then replied that they would have to get approval from their supplier. They haven't replied to any further messages and now I have to take them to court to get the issue resolved.

Paid in full for goods at the end of September-repeated excuses for delays. Nothing received. Cancelled my order- I don't believe them. Matter is now in the hands of my credit card company. Beware!!

AVOID if you value your money. Order placed and money taken on 27.11.10. No contact from them so chased delivery only to be told in January 2011 that the product ordered was not in stock nor would it ever be again (although it is still advertised on their site with 14 day delivey!). Promised full refund over 30 days ago and have chased via their unresponsive email address. Now claiming money back via credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Cancelled order in December have had a couple of e-mails promising refund and still waiting.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS
