I was recommendation to Blue Aran by a friend, I wasn't to sure on what I needed to buy to do the job but I had some speakers in mind but was recommendation better speaker for the job that I needed which worked out to cost me less.

After back and forth for a few month because I was indecisive on what I really wanted but the team arrange a demo for me to have a listen to the speakers which is where I made my decision.

In all the years I never had any company that went to this level of helping me descided on seclection of equipments to be sure I got the right thing.

All I wanted is take less speakers with more power and that was achieve by far, they even when to the point of fitting the speakers with the box and all accessoriess which is a service the don't normally provied.

All in all if even I had to spend more money I will only get it from Blue Aran, grate team.

If all goes well then you've not got a problem but the measure of a company is how they handle things when they go wrong. Please be advised that they close the collection counter a long time before they publish their closing times and that they appear to have no interest in helping you even when at the counter during opening hours. As a long term customer of Bluearan it is very saddening to have experienced this complete lack of customer service. We have waited for nearly an hour in the hope that customer service may help but sadly they eventually advised us to return the following day with no guarantee they actually bother to open, but only after several messages, many of which during opening hours. I am now an extremely disappointed loyal business customer.

Ordered a low pass filter, wasn't sure what I needed, took some advice via e mail, it came next day perfect.

I was informed at time of order that typical delivery on my items was around 6 days. Three weeks later and having heard nothing I contacted them to ask if there was a problem. Apparently the goods would arrive in 2 more weeks. I expressly asked them to keep me informed of any changes as I would have no possibility to make alternative plans if they failed to meet their commitment a second time. Two weeks passed, I had heard nothing so contacted again only to be told that there was a further delay - the new ETA being after the date of my event. Thanks guys.

I cannot praise Blue Aran highly enough, they are professionalism epitomised. Customer service is polite, efficient and thorough. Their delivery service is prompt and I was kept informed of every move and given a delivery window of an hour which was band on!

Thank you, it's refreshing to know that there is a company out there that really do deliver on all fronts.

I was very impressed with the sales service and speed of delivery.

I browsed the internet for half a day trying to find a supplier who stocked the ADJ S-81 Strobe Light.

Most of the suppliers that I've previously used, advertised the lights for sale, but didn't have them in stock!

Blue Aran had them and also sold them at the best price.

I ordered them @ 4pm Mon(Approx), delivered @ 8.45am Tues, next day!

I used Blue Aran before when I purchased a Behringer EPX4000 Power Amplifier in September 2011.

And I'm glad to say the level of all round service is still first class.

Having broken the handle on the case for a Gibson guitar, I was looking for a replacement. I found what I thought would be ok as a replacement at Blue Aran but wasn't sure which one of the various types would suit, there was maybe 4 contenders - much better range than on other sites I'd been visiting. I fired off an email explaining what it was for, and I got a very prompt response - and the reply was knowledgeable (he had a Gibson too!). I ordered the model that was advised and it arrived within a couple of days and it is perfect. Its stronger and more comfortable than the original and in keeping with the original and MUCH MUCH cheaper than getting one from Gibson. Definitely be using these guys again.
