Ordered a toy for my son's birthday on Tuesday got an email same date stating 'Thank you for your order. Our acceptance of order will take place when we ship your items'. Still hadn't received any email by the following Monday so phone and was told it should be sent out on Tuesday and I would be email confirmation that day. Didn't receive anything until I got an email stating it had been delivered. Very fast delivery once sent out but more infomation as to when would have been helpful.

The customer service was not very good.Before placing the order I had asked to speak to someone about placing order over the telephone.I was assured that someone would contact me.Despite leaving several messages no one did get back to me.When I eventually placed the order no confirmation email was received for several days which meant I had to phone to find if the order had gone through.When I phoned I just got a voicemail.Eventually I was able to speak to someone and I was told when my order would be dispatched.My order arrived as stated and the product represents good value for money.The vacuum cleaner performs well and I am happy with my purchase.However I thought the whole experience with the company itself was off putting and did not make me want to do business with them at all.So I have given 3 stars overall.As I said before I am happy with my order and I have no complaints in that department.

I was not kept informed of my transaction, I was not sure whether the item I tried to buy was purchased, due to having to put my details in twice and not getting a confirmation of payment. I emailled the company to see if it would be delivered and didnt get a reply. The steam mop is good though, cleans my tiles very well.

I ordered a kettle at the start of December for a Christmas present, after it had not arrived in the expected timeframe I phoned to asked where it was. A very courteous gentleman told me that he could not trace the shipment as the courier had lost it! However he would despatch another item urgently, hopefully intime for Christmas. As it still not arrived in the week before Christmas I contacted Pluck Point again by email. The response after Christmas was that another item would be shipped which arrived two days later. I appreciate that Christmas is a busy time but the courier system and keeping the customer informed of delays could have been much better.

i bought a ion block rocker from this website after few days it developed some fault in it but i was sent a replacement by express delivery, although i paid the delivery charges but over all it was hassel free experience.
