Badly Turned Out Suit. Terrible Service
Wedding suit was as described except I noticed on the morning of the wedding that the trouser creases were all over the place. The shirt sleeves also had lots of creases. I spent ages ironing to correct the problem.
When I returned the suit afterwards and explained the issues and was essentially told that I was lying. The lady said she couldn't see the problems and refused to refund any money. She abruptly and quite rudely completely denied any responsibility.
As it happens my brother's suit was turned out in a similar way but he chose not to complain.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this supplier.

Very Efficent
Very impressed with this company, the staff were very helpfully, and they were able to guide us on the suits that they hold in stock and what they could get in,they had a large choice of suits,associate and the crafts colour we needed, all in all the service was brilliant, thank you well groomed, Mr and Mrs Vaughan x

Well Groomed in Parkstone are absolutely awful!
Bad service, wrong information given on a couple of occasions.
They didnt even measure one of the guys for the suit, instead they asked him his measurements!!
7 suits booked then were told we had only booked 3.
No apology given and since this today I have heard from 2 other friends that they had a bad experience too. One cancelled, I will be doing the same.
Very disappointed and not what you need when organising a wedding.
THIS IS A DISAPOINTING REVIEW,
HOWEVER IN OUR DEFENCE THE REASON ONLY 3 SUITS WERE BOOKED IS BECAUSE YOU ONLY PAID FOR 3 !!!
WE HAVE STRINGENT POLICIES THAT WE HAVE TO WORK BY & IF YOU DONT PAY FOR IT, BASICALLY YOU DONT HIRE IT.
WE INITIALLY ASK A GENTLEMANS MEASUREMENTS ROUGHLY AS A GUIDE SO WE CAN GET THE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING FOR THE FITTING, QUITE OFTEN THEY DONT KNOW ANYWAY, IT IS ALSO A WAY OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER.
WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY & WE ARE AS ACCOMODATING, & HELPFULL AS WE CAN BE, UNFORTUNATELY & BEYOND OUR CONTROL WE WERE NOT ABLE TO OFFER OUR FULL SERVICE TO THIS PARTY AS THEY FELT THEY DIDNT WANT TO HIRE UNDER OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS !!!
THERE IS ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY SHAME YOU DIDNT WANT TO POST YOUR NAMES, HOWEVER WE REMENBER YOU WELL !!!!!!
