Ordered laz e boy suite from internet. Good price and could not find any cheaper for same suite. I was given a time scale which was accurate. Paid balance prior to delivery and again all good. Delivery date was agreed which was all very slick. Delivery turned up on time BUT they delivery team did not have a clue how to put suite together. They had no tools so I leant them some but within minutes I realised they didnt know what they were doing and were going to cause damage after one seat back went on wonky. I stopped them and said I would put suite together all they had to was unload and unwrap it so I could check for manufacturing/delivery damage. I repositioned the wonky seat back and did it myself. In summary all was good but delivery teams need training, tools and time to do that part of the job properly. Had I been an old person or unable to do it myself I think my new suite would have ended up damaged.

Ordered sofa, bit of a wait but to be fair was in accordance with stated delivery times. Delivery men were excellent, sofa placed where we wanted it and all packing removed.

No problem with ordering and paying extra £10 for delivery but the delivery driver called me to say he couldn't find address which was no problem until i told him i lived on 2nd floor apartment. Driver stated he couldn't take mattress upstairs due to Health & Safety!!! I was gob smacked :-) aren't most bedrooms upstairs??? The result being i had to come out of work to help my wife take the mattress up 2 flights of stairs. There is no questions asking for information on delivery address when ordering nor is there anything stating that delivery drivers can't go up stairs!!

Delivery guys were very good, arrived on time and did a good job. It was a difficult location with several narrow doors but they worked it out and did a good job, with smiles. eMails comms about billing etc. were good, and no junk mail as yet :-) Good stuff.

Made a mistake but great service - They price matched a competitor and offered faster delivery... They did deliver the wrong sized mattress which was obviously annoying but to their credit they sorted out the correct size to be delivered and wrong one picked up first thing the following morning which was a saturday.

I received my order reasonably soon but not too happy at having to pay £30 for postage on a metre of material though.

Very helpful on the phone initially when I had queries about the range of mattresses. Online purchasing was easily completed and allowed me to choose a delivery date that was approximately 3 weeks in advance. Upon delivery it was a little disappointing to be met by "You do realise this is only a ground floor delivery?" As I was moving into a new flat I had other deliveries that day, and no one else had issue carrying goods upstairs. If I had been on my own it would have been more challenging to get the mattress up the tenement stairs alone. So overall, very happy with the service and the quality of the mattress for the price. It would have been nicer to know the fact that they only deliver to the ground floor however, perhaps this could be more explicit on the website?

Delivered in the time promised. Delivery men placed snuggle chair where required and a great help with removing protective packaging.Quality above expectation. excellent quality and service.
