This is one of the nicest phones I have ever used! personally, I am a huge fan of bbm (blackberry messenger) so this gave me instant messaging, allowing me to see my friends latest photos etc. The functioning is quite simple, and the track pad (cursor) is just right with the sensitivity. However, as you may know blackberrys get water damaged very easily, the housing (plastic casing that makes the phone) comes off with a simple tug or few drops, and the whole phone scratches very easily!
