Do not use this website.I purchased a lamp only to find out that it had a European plug which is unsuitable for every day use and is actually illegal in the UK.A.European plug this must be safely encased.This was not.I also Had to pay way over the top to return the goods. This site manager took no responsibility at all and was extremely rude and unprofessional.Product was substandard and could not be opened to replace the. Bulb without the lamp being damaged. Seller took no responsibility at all.Customer services are rude,unhelpful and unprofessional.DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!

All Very Easy Really. Found The Site On Google, Ea
All very easy really. Found the site on Google, easy to navigate, they have lots of nice things. Placed the order and it arrived a few days later.
Have put a 4 star rating on customer service, because I didn't really use the customer service. I just ordered the item and it arrived and it was fine.
I also use the forums on the site - lots of nice design advice!
