Very good service. Was looking around for a chair for the office (needed to be hard wearing as I'm in there most of the time!) and found this site. Had a look at what was on offer, I liked the way the sections were clearly defined by what I was looking for - seating, executive chairs for example.

Found the chir that was in my price range, checked out the dimensions and what guarantees it had etc and that was that. Mind made up!
