Jasmin Garden - London

I'm shocked and appaulled at how this takeaway has gone down hill. and also very very sad. it used to be good food (although always very modest portions) and managed by a key and wonderful girl whose name i even recall just from calling up - Jess.

However, on several occasions they have had my order wrong - they used to jump on sending very quickly the correct dish. However, more recently they get the meat wrong (and i have never eaten beef in my life) and have not bothered to redeliver a dish!

this has happened now, on so many occasions, that i have gotten quite upset. and having had delivered a beef dish on a very special occasion when my other half came home on a break from afghanistan (he's away in total for 6 months) i got very upset. i recalled this from 4 weeks ago and as they advised, called up for my free main worth £7.50.

they laughed at me when i called an hour later to say that i should probably call the manager in the morning. and that i had never placed my order at 9.30pm. i feel as if i have gone mad, i have been ordering from Jasmin Gardens for 2 years now and the service has gone desparately downhill. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY. they don't care and make a mistake almost every order. orders used to take 30 mins and now you'll be lucky not to start calling them within an hour and a half of ordering. i feel foolish for having stuck it out as long as i have.
