Baxi Dutec Combi 28HE

I had this fitted less than 2 months ago. I have had the engineer back at least 5 times. Baxi sent an engineer whom assures me that the boiler is running correctly. The boiler makes so much noise it really is unbearable. Please do not waste your money on this boiler.

Stay away from Baxi. Ours broke down 1 week after the 2 year warranty ended. We have had it repaired 3 times in the 5 months after the warranty ended and it just keeps breaking down. It has broken yet again and it will cost a lot to repair again. I have never had anything as unreliable and prone to failure. We cannot even run it at full power now (it is only 2 years and 6 months old) as the pressure just sky rockets after a few minutes at full power. And yes it is calibrated correctly at only 1 bar when off. It is a noisy tin of rubbish that occasionally heats the house and water. Don't buy one. Save yourself the grief and expense. It is a 0 out of 5. If I could give it a negative number I would and Baxi would not stand behind the product at all.
