There are very rarely any glitches with the products, and when there are these have been promptly rectified.

Harold has thus far made three suits for me: two lounge suits and a dinner suit. The quality of them is fantastic and specific design requests have been dealt with exactly how I wished them to be. I have been buying my suits from Harold Rose Master Tailor for around 7 years. The quality, fit and home service is excellent. I wouldnt trust anyone else to measure me or provide me with a suit now, apart from Harold. Contacted master tailor as I needed a suit for a large construction presentation I was speaking at. The website was very informative and well laid out. Contacted via website a gentleman called Harold contacted me within 30mins who came to our office the following day; he was a well spoken and informative gent and measured me up. Additional to the above the attention to detail and choices in relation to the suit were amazing. I needed the suit within 10 days and this was achieved at the cost of a small acceleration charge, and Harold called me Friday afternoon and arranged a meeting at my office Monday afternoon. The suit was a perfect fit and of the finest quality. wearing a suit that is tailor made and measured gives an indescribable sense of pride and confidence that unbeknown until now I have never achieved over the years with other suits Reiss, Prada, Gucci to name but a few and the most worrying of all is that not only the fitting and look and my choice of detail is better that the fabric is of a higher quality also. We don't live in the UK, and the true miracle is that we had 2 dinner suits made for my husband and brother-in-law (plus additional casual trousers) all by REMOTE CONTROL! We received an easy-to-follow set of precise measuring instructions, and on the basis of this plus photos of the gentlemen from all angles (and our choice of materials/colours from websites provided)we received not just the most perfect fit, but the suits actually make them both look slimmer and smarter than they ever have before. The luxurious finish (including personal embroidered monograms) is simpy a work of art. I have been ordering suits for four years now from Mastertailor. I travel a lot for work so they get used pretty mercilessly, and they have been holding up exceptionally well. The myriad options for buttons, pockets, mornograms, trouser styles, linings etc make for a suit that is personalized and really yours. Beware your first fitting though as you really need to figure out what works for you in terms of options. My advice is to take your time and ask plenty of questions. I am a salesperson so looking my best is part of the job. I have been complimented several times on my suits so it seems they are definitely doing the trick.
