Some nice staff but the guy who runs the place doesn't have any problem speaking his mind and swearing at you when you ask for updates on orders. It wouldn't surprise me if he had been hit a few times for speaking to people the way he does.

At a loss how this company is still running after all this time. Genuinely feel sorry for the gents who work there.

Sent a gun repair in May, the person who has a problem, told me it would take 2 weeks, 18 weeks later nothing,

I spoke to the boss and he (would you believe) threatened me saying "You don't know who your f (I'm sure you can guess the cencored word) messing with and I had better watch out,

Scared I doubt, the guy and his certain staff can't admit responsibility for a 18 week delay and now getting aggressive, what a great boss, what happened to "the Customer is always right),

More like if you legitimately have a problem prepare for the boss to threaten you as he has no customer or service,

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY DON'T, SINCE I HAVE USED THEM I HAVE TO SEND EITHER EVERY GUN BACK, OR MAGAZINES,

So when my 6 month wait ended, it wasn't even fixed.,

Oh and here is his lovely threat.

"I'm not going to pander to your whims. We don't want you as a customer as trying to help you in every way we can doesn't seem to be a satisfying enough solution for you.

Now here is a warning that I'm prepared to give to you in writing. If you attempt to cause my staff, company or anything remotely connected to us any more problems, AT ALL, I personally guarantee you that you will be so sorry that you involved me in this that you will wish you could sell your soul for a time machine. Take this as a friendly warning, it's the only one you will be receiving.

There are people in this world that you don't f#%d (had to censorit) with, I am one of those people. Take your gun elsewhere.

What a lovely thug, he's been reported to Police for making threats, very clever writing it down for the Authorities to deal with, what a plonker pmsl, bang to rights.

Cowdenbeath Police have opened a complaint as have Sutton Coldfield Police, they know his name, address and will be visited once they have checked my messages from them.

You only ever get to know how good a retailer is when you have a problum its all good and well saying when i placed a order with them they honoured their side of the arrangement that is what they are supposed to do.its when you don't recive your order or the items you have are not of a good quality.at the present moment airsoft world has not honoured their side of the arrangement with me i am still waiting for my order it has been two weeks now they have now said its dpd fault i dont really believe them as i phoned dpd and i was told they never even picked up my order from airsoft world this is not good for them or for me lucky enough i used pay pal one last thing this is to the chaps at airsoft world,pick up your phone it might just be someone wishing to make a order you never know.

I ordered a Henry Krank Alarm Mine from them. It never worked so I emailed them a number of times to get a replacement but not once did they reply. I've been left out of pocket now. I even tried phoning but they never answered the phone.

If you have a look at their own online forum there are plenty of other people in the same boat as me. They simply don't respond. You can see there online forum by registering an account on their website.

so far the best experience i have ever had with any airsoft retailer, and i have had a lot. though the general trend of all the Uk based airsoft retailers is that they are all very very good

great communication with me whenever buying, always fast delivery and always a very great price. excellent company

I ordered from them for my sons 14th birthday and it arrived promptly 2 days after I placed my order via courier delivery.

The product was as described and good quality.

I showed my son and he is over the moon with it.

Overall I am very happy with the product and service from airsoftworld and would definitely order through them in future.

I originally bought a MD200 sight for my g36, when i got it the sight was faulty. but I phoned airsoft world up and they told me to return it via post, and within 3 days ( i kid you not!) I received a new one in the post. It's comforting to know that there are some people out there who believe in the customer comes first and knows what customer satisfaction is.
