Приятная поддержка со стороны персонала - звонок напоминание менеджера о необходимости оплаты брони, с предложением продлить время предварительной брони. 5. За час до окончания предварительной брони смс-ка с напоналкой 6. На почту отправлены альтернативные варианты, что удобно для выбора. It was a little confusing to start. It turned out very good in the end and I am totally satisfied with this site and recommend anyone who wants to rent an apartment in Ukraine to use this site. Just have patience and you can book and have a place to stay within hours of your search.

After trying unsuccessfully to book an apartment in Lugansk, I came acroos this site. I reviewed the apartments available and after deciding which suited me best I booked it. I found that this site's friendliness shows the traveler that your registration agents are, indeed, helpful. (Initially, I had expected to type my data in Russian, for I have a Cyrillic keyboard, as well as my German keyboard.) Lina, too, was very pleasant. I feel that my stay in Mariupol will be one of fun and excitement, for I will be getting together with my fiancée for the enjoyment of planning different events and going sightseeing together. This website does not feature its own accommodations, but rather hides behind being a reservation system. Any issue you have with an apartment, will be blamed on the rightful owner. We had a very bad experience with booking an apartment from them in Kiev, starting from being provided a so called better apartment which was not better, ending with not having Internet for 2 days until we finally got a hold of the real owner. Staff is totally unresponsive, on weekends the phones do not even work. If you are lucky to get an agent on the phone, their standard line is we are working on it. Terrible experience all around and very clearly all reviews on this site are done with own creation.

I have booked with dobovo.com several times and each time it was easy to choose an apartment and then book it. They have availability schedule and complete info about most of their apartments - in addition they have an excellent support. Even if you have some issues with confirming your order managers offer you lots of other options how to pay in advance. Thank you, dobovo.com!

Услугами проживания пока не воспользовался, но было очень приятно получить исчерпывающую информацию онлайн и оперативно получить подтверждение бронирования. Организация сервиса сайта великолепная, надеюсь поселение и пребывание также будут на высоте. I haven't stayed there yet, but site services are formidable (fr.) and hope for high level staying there also.

Some of the parking information is a bit ambiguous. I would like better, more accurate information about it. Is it private or public, free or the cost per day. If described as near, how far? 20m.? 100m.?
