“Pathetically bad!!!”

Once they have your money, they neither contact you or inform you of the order status; service is pathetic - it doesn't exist. Trying to reach someone is impossible. DO NOT purchase from this company. I bought a table, and decided to cancel as the order was listed as unavailable for months. They never told me this, but took my money, When I attempted to cancel, they would not contact me.

“HORRIBLE!!!”

HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days. After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change. Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

“DO NOT BUY from this Company !”

DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY ! I ordered a very nice set of speaker stands, and this company did the ‘ol Bait & Switch. They sent me a set that looked like the ones I ordered but were a cheap version. Most people probably wouldn’t have noticed. I called and emailed over & over and finally they credited back the difference between the one I ordered and the cheap set. I did not want the cheap set. After many more emails they sent me a call tag and said a credit would be issued once they received the delivery. NO CREDIT WAS EVER ISSUED ! I have been emailing and calling for 10 months, with proof of delivery and still have not received my money back. This company has STOLEN MY MONEY at this time. I have gotten empty promises from Eric Throckmorton, Mary Parker and now no response from Craig Keithly. Their customer service is non-existent. Again I ADVISE YOU. . . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY This is why they have an "F" Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Sincerely; Bret

“Pay close to $100 and get nothing but headaches!”

Beware! This company was so difficult and I ended up paying almost half of the cost of the item for restocking fees and shipping. I bought the George Nelson Control Brand Sunburst wall clock as a housewarming gift for one of my best friends. I had it delivered to her home and based on the website description, it was supposed to be an exact replica of the original George Nelson clock in red with a white colored face. When she received the clock, the face of it was clearly a yellowish color that did not go with her decor. She decided to return the clock and I contacted both Control Brand and Vive Decor to explain that the clock was not appropriately represented in their description. I paid $119.99 for the clock and we paid to return the clock to the warehouse. It took 2 months of repeated calls and emails to get any response and the eventual refund I received was for $62.58. They charged me a restocking fee of $30 plus shipping charges of $27.41. I essentially paid $57.41 for nothing but a headache and I still had to pay the return shipping and get another gift for my friend. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE VIVE DECOR. They do not respond if there are problems and in my case they penalize the customer when they and their suppliers misrepresent their products. I should also say that I never write these kind of reviews but when it costs me close to $100 for absolutely nothing but headaches and no actual product, it is clearly a horrible experience and others should be cautious about this company and their unfair policies.

“Worst Online Ordering Experience”

First of all I never write reviews on anything I purchase, but that all changed dealing with this company. This was the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had! I had ordered a set of folding barstools from this company because they were one of the few companies that showed they had an inventory of these particular bar stools in stock. Of course, that turned out to be false and the bar stools had to be back ordered. Tells me a lot about ViveDecor's supply chain system. So, I had not heard anything from the company about my order in over a month, so I inquired about the estimated delivery date - was given a date, that date promptly passed without any communication from the company. So, I inquired again about another month later and was given another delivery date, that date promptly passed, and agin without any communication from ViveDecor. Finally, after approximately TWO AND HALF MONTHS from my initial order date, I inquired again regarding a delivery date and was told my ordered had been CANCELLED! I did not request a cancellation! Terrible company, terrible communication.

I have never received worse customer service in my life. I originally ordered a product from another vendor May 8, only to then find out it wouldn't be shipped until later, and then later, and then later. After more searching I found ViveDecor sold the same product for a higher price but I was willing to pay the additional cost as I needed the product then. So, I called ViveDecor on May 21, to verify they had the product in stock, which they assured me they did. It is now June 13, and I have still not received my order, nor is it anticipated to ship until June 15 . . . possibly. The part that upset me even more is that I made multiple phone calls and sent multiples emails voicing my irritation and that I would like them to either meet the first price or cancel my order altogether. When asked to meet the price their only real concern was that the other vendor was not an "authorized dealer" and this was causing THEM an issue with me wanting the product for less. I was willing to pay more to the product sooner, but now I am paying more to get it in the same amount of time I would have from the other vendor. At least the horrible customer service I received at the other vendor would have cost less. I will NEVER . . . I repeat NEVER shop there again!

“BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!”

Wow - 3 months of my time, at least 30 phone calls, only 3 of which were returned. Never can reach customer service live. Bottom line, I ordered an item and after I ordered the price went up...they gave me the run around and lied to me over and over why the order wasnt being fulfilled and canceled. After I called them out over 3 months later, they told me they were going to lose $100 on the deal so they could not fulfill, I offer to pay $100, he says he will call me back with tracking and never calls back again. Two days later they reposted the same item that they had removed (they told me originally it was discontinued) for over $300 more. Business is business folks...if you sell something at a price and the price goes up after the fact you dont penalize the customer. Customer Service -10 Satisfaction -10 Experience worst in my entire 40 years of retail purchasing and 10 years of online purchasing Pay the extra $50 at a site where you know they care more about their reputation than their pocket.

“Dishonest about Items being ”

I was comparing prices on a desk and came upon Vive Decors site. The price of their desk was $20 more than another site, but they offer price matching so I requested if they could match the price found elsewhere - through email correspondence I was told that yes they would in fact adjust the price but that the desk was in stock (I didn't ask at that point as I assumed it was since it stated less than 25 in stock on the actual item and it has remained stating that). So, I then wanted to confirm that the desk was in stock and asked and also wanted to confirm when it would ship. There was no response as to if it was on stock question (even though he told me the day before it was) and said it would ship within 3 days. I went ahead and placed the order and I get an email about 1 to 2 days later stating the item is on back order and may ship within 3 to 4 weeks! I contact another retailer that sells the same desk and she states that these desks won't be available from the manufacturer until April (which is much longer than 4 weeks) and it will be the same for every retailer. I follow up on the previous customer service conversation with this customer service person and explained how they told me it was in stock, etc...and that I want to cancel my order. Of course I hear nothing back until a day later I request that they please confirm my order has been cancelled. Not once did anyone offer an apology or do anything to keep my business, they just confirm the order has been cancelled. I would NOT recommend buying from these drop shippers - not forthcoming and actually were dishonest about an item being in stock JUST so you purchase it and then hope the customer is willing to wait months while the items are made.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered my sofa over 2 months ago, was charged over a month ago, and keep getting jerked around as to the status of my order. Shipping has been delayed 5 times now for 5 different reasons. If you try to contact them, you have about a 1 in 15 chance of getting a hold of someone. Don't expect a voicemail or email to get a response. You have to get a hold of someone by calling and even then I doubt they will have an answer for any questions you may have. I appreciate the price they were offering the sofa at, but I would never have ordered from them if I knew it would be ANYTHING like this. DO NOT order from this company. I would say that my situation might be a rare occurrence, but I have been dealing with unsatisfactory customer service for the last 2+ months now.
