Ordered Pearl Izumi arm warmers. Waited & waited. Sent reminder emails again and again. Did receive one reply promising to chase things up - never heard a thing. Sent further emails and never heard from them again. Looking at other review sites makes me think that their business is largely questionable. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

“faulty item - no return, no repair, no refund”

Ordered a 3speed hub on 31st July 17; the item arrived but broke on first ride. Return was accepted, but 3 months later: numerous contacts were mostly ignored or responded in general terms ("We already sent the item to Sram Customer Support Center and waiting for the answer from them. I will check it again and update it tomorrow"). No sign of any action, be it refund, replacement or repair. I will never do business again with the company, and I advise anyone not to do so. They take your money and don't deliver! Germany

Bicycle Hero will take your money and fail to deliver the products you've ordered. I was warned about Bicycle Hero and saw the reviews. But, I ordered from Bicycle Hero anyway as it was the only retailer to offer the parts I wanted. Well, the reviews were right. Bicycle Hero is a bad outfit and will scheme you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BICYCLE HERO. You've been warned.

I'm still waiting for half my order to arrive after 7 weeks. Despite several emails sent, not even a reply or any response at all received. Not really any way to contact them. Suggest you review their actual location and attempt to contact them before considering making a purchase.

Well, I placed an order, and was pleased to get a quick response, I have received a package with 2 items missing, NO notification as to why these items were not present, so I asked where these items were, eventually I was told that they were out of stock, I was then told that one item had been sent in the original package, hmmm I must be totally blind because I couldnt find it, so I informad them that it was not in the order, I then get informed that they will dispatch it with the other missing item well today 4 weeks later 1 missing item is delivered BUT not both of them How hard can it be to complete an order when all items were A, listed as in stock B, listed in tracking info as dispatched C, Not highlighted as absent so a month on I still cannot give a good review,,,keep up the good work guys, I'm shopping elsewhere

This 'company' hijacked my credit card and several bogus charges appeared on my statement. Their customer service is difficult, at best, to deal with. BUYER BEWARE! (Do not know about the part I ordered as I haven't received it yet.)

“Filed to deliver, then blamed postal service”

Goods are shipped from Korea. Ordered product from them, gave full address details including Paypal confirmation. They managed to get half the address on the label. Emailed them twice as had not received and got no response. Filed Paypal dispute, escalated to claim and only then did they bother to respond, including attached a copy of the address label with half the address. Poor customer service all around

Paid for overnight shipping, had not shipped the product after 2 days. When I asked to cancel my order, I got a tracking number within a few minutes. Still, after one more day, the item had not shipped. I finally was about to get my order cancelled an my money refunded.

Ordered a component and the delivery cost was 50% of the overall cost which seemed rediculous seeing how it said 5-8 working days, so on the 8th working I email the company saying how I hadn't received my order, they replied quickly to explain that the item was not in stock even though the website advertised lots in stock, they then told me it was going to be shipped within 24hours this would mean another 5-8 days for delivery which just wasn't soon enough so I asked to cancel this order but there wasn't a reply for 2 days and what they said was the order had conveniently just been dispatched. Overall I was very unsatified by the communications from the customer service team and the unwillingness of cancelling the order, wish I had took my business else where originally!

Very very poor customer service! Terrible Terrible Company I bought a spare part for my bike and some short. It took them 20 days to notify me that the shorts were not in stock. So when I was expecting the product to be delivered I instead found out that it hadn't even be sent yet. It them took them more than a month to refund the money and that was only after I had to chase them up about it. Very poor customer service that is deplorable. I am lucky that I didn't need the part urgently but if it had broken every I would have been livid!

ordered some cycling shoes online. Received an email a few days later saying there site did not reflect their inventory and I could order different color or size. No offer to make the situation "right". So I just order the shoes in a different color and figured that would be the last of my business they would see. After a week no email about being shipped and online account still said processing. Contacted them again saying if they were not going to fulfill my order. please just issue me a refund ASAP. I receive two emails in my inbox one "oreder processed" the other "order update". Order update says my items have already been shipped as requested. However the emails are dated 3 minutes apart. Needless to say I will take my business somewhere else.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago and nothing yet. Order on site continued to show as processing even though items were supposedly in stock. Sent a message via the site with no response. Filed a dispute thru PayPal also with no response. Glad I used PayPal. Will be filing a dispute for a refund. Company seems bogus to me.

On Jan 1, 2014 I ordered and paid for 1 Dahon 20" kickstand. I received a kickstand that cost over twice as much for what I paid on Jan. 17, 2014. The problem is, it won't work on my bicycle. On Jan. 17, 2014 I emailed Bicycle hero about their mistake. On Jan 20, 2014 bicycle hero told me they had shipped the correct item with a different tracking number and to return the wrong item to a company in Torrance California after I received it. Unlike the first tracking number for the wrong item, the second tracking number gives no information after 19 days. My conclusion is they never sent the correct item as they stated to me and to PayPal. Now I have to escalate the case I opened with PayPal. I'll never buy from bicycle hero again because they have no integrity.

“delivery sucks!”

If you advertise free delivery for more than A$100 don't send it by donkey. Ordered on 9 November. No sign of it as at 26 November. Interrogating the system shows it wasn't even sent until 20 November. If you're going to punish someone for choosing the free delivery you should make it clear how long they have to wait. I wont be ordering from Bicycle hero again. Bicycle Zero! Kind Regards Peter Chappell Australia
