“Had a nightmare with this company with communication...”

Had a nightmare with this company with communication drying up in January. Through this site I was put in touch with new owner who took up my case and all has been resolved today - faulty tables uplifted and replacements delivered. Many thanks to Review Centre and new owner. Does make me wary of buying online and paying upfront though !!

Hi I am trying to find information on the new owners to contact them also. I purchased a dining table and chairs in January 2011, due to false advertising and not being given them at the price agreed with discount. I requested a refund, they have not given me refund or returned my calls, I have sent 20 emails no response. All I want is my £405.00 back. I don't know what else to do. :(
