Salesman arrived promptly, measured up with quote, said they would take care of everything, deposit paid and works agreed. Surveyor then attends and says work cant be done due to gas pipes. Back and forward customer service, we now have to pay for Transco to move pipe or we will loose deposit paid. Transco cant do works 8 month waiting list due to covid. Clearview then revise plans to move works to another location at a cost of extra 4K. Builders arrive dig up complete garden then leave site as the gas pipe is in the way. Company now avoiding my calls, bricks and sand blocking pavement in street. Really stressed now.

Nice showroom, helpful staff, home visit arranged promptly., salesman punctual and very friendly. Two weeks have passed with no communication. Hard to comment further.

I know of companies that pester their customers for an order but this company us the opposite. You have to pester them to come out to do a survey, they make several appointments and don't turn up, then you have to pester them for a quote and then to take part payment without which they won't make the glass and then wait for several weeks to have it installed. I decided to not deal with them in the end as it was too frustrating.

Planet who fitted the original conservatory 2007 who no longer exists I had a leak from the apex. I called Clearview on Sunday who fortunatly had our existing details and Monday their Maintenance engineer arrived to find out the problem and resealed a joint, that is what I call service.
