Ordered products on 07-12-12 expected delivery 10-10-12 did not turn up. Rung customer services tuesday 11-12-12 promised to ring back after looking into the delivery. They did not ring back. Rung again wednesday still looking into the problem promised delivery thursday 13-12-12 No Delivery Thursday 13-12-12. Rung customer sevices again unable to explain where goods are or when they will be delivered.

I have only part recvd. my order & still cannot use the printer after a week. Customer service lied & I will never go near this company again & will advise others do do the same

You failed to ship the Cyan Toner with the other Toners and we are still awaiting it's arrival. NOTE: Nowhere informed us at the time of ordering that Cyan (The particular colour we need no) would be on back order.
Telephone call to Customer Service on Thursday 27th January resulted in no action and so I have called customer service again today (1st February) who still could not answer my query straight away.
I need to order a drum kit for another printer and will be looking for an alternative supplier to see if they provide better service.
Disappointing overall.
