At the end of November I bought a Samsung Genio Slide B5310 off these people who are heavy Ebay sellers. This was delivered early December. The item was opened on Christmas Day and brought into use Boxing Day. It was noted there was a major fault on the item. The phone connects but then freezes showing a software analysis on the screen. In short the phone is faulty. I advised them of this and attempted to clear the fault by doing the recommended re-set, this worked for 24/36 hours then the same fault returned. In a nutshell the phone has a major software fault. I asked for a refund or a replacement and was advised that as 7 days had elapsed I couldn't have either. My advice therefore is deal with this company at your own risk because if goods are faulty or develop a fault later they will not refund or replace.
