Purchased a new Seagate 2.5 inch 500gb HDD from them in Sept 2011 through Amazon market place, the HDD failed after 6 months use in a HP laptop. I contacted Buyit Love through the Amazon process 5 emails but no response spoke to Amazon who said they offer no warranty and to try and resolve this myself, finally tracked down a phone number for this company and after speaking to a rude gentleman was told all their products only carry a 90 day warranty so not their problem I explained the sale of goods act where after they just put the phone down, am now in the process of going through the county courts to sue them. Do not buy from them unless you are happy with only a 90 day warranty

Struggling to install and use LaCie Starck 2TB HD. No contact phne number for buyitloveit; how do I get support?

I have bought from buy it love it for a while now & on every occasion have always been & still am extremely happy with their service & support.

Over Christmas was no different, I ordered on the 19 December and received it 21 December.

I emailed them for tracking number after I got a dispatch notice and within 25 minutes I had an email back with the details.

"Brilliant"

Purchased an ipad of them yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. Did not expect to get it that quick but what a ''Brilliant'' service. Glad I found this lot.

I searched google for the Apple keyboard dock and came across this site.

I searched the web for some info on them and seemed reputable as they had high Ebay presence.

Purchased item on Sunday 11 September and to my amazement received it on the Tuesday 13 September.

Item was well packed with loads of protection and the item was sealed as described.

I cant rate customer service as had no need for them.

The website was easy to use.

Im very happy with my purchase and can only recommend.

I bought an iPad power supply, through Amazon from buy it love it. They sent a discount voucher along with the power supply which I then used to buy an external hard drive and then bought a Red Apple SmartCover for nearly half price. The delivery was prompt, the prducts original and in perfect condition..... I haven't had to deal with customer services becaue I haven't had anything to complain about.

Poor customer service. Next day delivery didn't happen and after two days I emailed to politely check up. I got a badly written email back saying the courier couldn't delivery because of security gate and that I needed to call the depot myself. It's not my job as a customer to do this, but I did so anyway. There was no answer, and being very busy at work I emailed back to point out that it wasn't really my job to be chasing their courier for them so could they pass on the message that there is a buzzer that the delivery driver needs to press.

A short while later I got an automated message saying the order had been cancelled. I emailed again to ask what was going on and got another curt reply from them saying: "Order has been cancelled and item return, the courier refused to take the number from us as they wanted customer to call. As you said it was not your job to call them, we had no other option."

Just plain bizarre! Well, at least they say they've refunded me.

Short answer; cheap but not worth the risk or hassle of dealing with poor customer service should you need them. Pay a tiny bit more and go elsewhere.

I used buy it love it once before and was happy with the item purchased and delivery time. I didnt actually look to buy this item from them as I searched google for the best deal on the product that I wanted and it came up with the best price online.

In a way at least I had trust in the company.

Ordered the item on the weekend and had it by Tuesday.

Drive was Brand New as described, website was clear. quick delivery, what more can you ask for.

Searched the net for this mouse as a christmas present for my brother, this company was by far the cheapest.

I was a little dubious as to why it was so cheap but ordered it anyway.

Item arrived within 24 hours which was very surprising since the mail had all sorts of problems with bad weather and it came with a discount offer of 10% which I will most certainly use.
