Vax U90-P6-P Power 6 Pet

I am made up with my Vax Power 6 Pet U90-P6-P. It was received in a large box which required light assembly. Basically it was popping the top and bottom parts together and attaching the hose and tools so nothing major and rather quick and easy. It looks stylish in the silver and red colour. I was a bit worried that there wasn't much to the handle but when using the vacuum it does sit in your hand perfectly and allows you to glide forward and back whilst pulling with your thumb and finger. It is a bit noisy but that well make up for it with the power of the clean, it sucks up with great power and really feels like its working hard . Wouldn't recommend doing it whilst kids are in bed! The 3 settings are hard floor which was great for the wooden floor. Low and high carpet which is all you really need. Simple attachments included - brush, long and thin tube and turbo tool which picks up pet hairs a treat. The cable length is great compared to my old Hoover as I do the stairs or a large room or two without having to find another plug socket. It's not too heavy and it's easy to empty and maintain - overall VERY please would definitely recommend.

I have owned this hoover for a couple of weeks now and honestly cant believe how much better it is than my previous hoover (which I had though was reaaly good!) I cant believe how much dirt & hair is collected, even after doing just one room, it made me realise just how dirty my carpets had been before.

I have a very hairy dog and a 4year old boy, so constantly feel the need to hoover as they make such a mess between them! After using the Pet 6, my carpets looked refreshed & were completely hair free, which is something I have struggled to achieve before. I love the fact that it has an anti-bacterial filter, as I feel it is important to have a clean house/floors when you have young children. The turbo tool for pet hair is fantastic - I use it on upholstery, dog bed & even on the dog - and it is great for getting up stubborn pet hairs. The hoover is very noisy & blows a lot of air out but this is not a problem as I wouldnt expect less from a hoover with such great suction!

The only problem I have found is that the hoover is slightly unstable when using the attachments, i.e. it can topple over, but I dont use them too often and the vacuum can easily be propped up against a wall or furniture.

Overall I think this is a fantastic hoover and I cant stop using it - I have already recommended it to many family & friends as I just couldnt believe how powerful it is.
