“Was very worried!”

After sending my phone off for repair, (over the bank holiday weekend), I decided to check out the independant review sites via the link on the tracking page. After seeing the 4 stars that were displayed on the first icon, I was surprised to find out that the actual reviews for this company were significantly lower than the 4 stars displayed! There seemed to be lots of unhappy customers, and my stomach dropped as I realised that there was now nothing I could do to stop my phone being destroyed - so had to wait with fingers crossed - and hope that every thing would be okay! I received my phone back, with screen repaired, and my phones memory intact, and was extremely releived. I am only giving the review 4/5 because my screen does not lay completely flat in one corner, but it is only very slightly raised, and it works which is the main thing! My advise to anyone using this service, is to BACK UP everything before you send it off, as it doesnt make it very clear to someone like me who is a little thoughtless to do this! Luckily my phone was okay, but I would have been devistated if I had lost my photos and contacts. I would use this service again. My repair was on an HTC Desire S for screen replacement, costing £50.00.

“Apple i pod screen repair”

Found this company on internet and read reviews. sent i pod on wed for screen repair and was returned on sat morning 1st class repair done, good communications from M BLUE Ltd. Overall a good service, price and a fast repair. Would recomend and will certainly use again if need arises. MANY THANKS FROM HAPPY CUSTOMER.

“smartphone screen”

Cracked screen on precious phone over christmas, sent for repair on wednesday, email received next day to say repaired and despatched, arrived back the following day. really quick turnaround, sensible price, and good tracking info to keep you up to date. recommend to anyone who needs a quick repair at a reasonable cost.

“smashed i-phone 4 screen”

Dated 26072011 Wow super quick and extremely professional service. Phone broken on the Tuesday night both inner and outer screen extensively smashed. Found this website Wednesday. Sent the phone off on Thursday. Arrived with appleiphonerepairs.co.uk on the Friday, repair carried out over the weekend and got the phone back first thing Tuesday morning as good as new. Very impressed and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of an I-phone repair. Top marks.

Recently I had sent my iphone in to appleiphonerepairs.co.uk due to a faulty touch screen. I couldn't afford applecentre prices so shopped around on the internet. I came across appleiphonerepairs.co.uk, liked the website and the prices too. On placing the order on the website I had to the pay by Paypal, then I printed out the confirmation, which also included instructions as to how to send the phone to them. I sent the phone to them special delivery on Monday. The turnaround was longer than expected due to awaiting parts delivery, and I didn't receive the phone back until the following Tuesday. However I can't complain at them having to wait for the parts, and also the staff were always polite and helpful when I called them, just having to quote my order number. It was returned by Special Delivery looking brand new. A great job and one I could never have done myself. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an iphone repair. Could anything have been improved? There could have been more customer service interaction as to when my iphone was going to be delivered - like a tracking number or something similar when it was sent from their end. Also I felt a couple of courtesy emails to say 'phone received' or 'waiting for parts, will be xx days' would have been a great addition. They do take your email address after all. All in all though, a great service at a great price. Not the absolute cheapest on the internet (that is £10 lower by the way), but you have to balance the service you'd get at that price. Would happily use again. Paul, York, iPhone 3GS. Work done: replace digitiser (touch screen), clean out dust.

“Iphone repair”

What an amazing service. Was quoted £150 to repair the screen on my iphone by my service provider. A friend recommended you and said you were excellent. They were right. Rang you on Tuesday to book it in, sent it off, received it back on Friday. No pain! Will be recommending you to everyone I know! Kind regards Emma
