Booked a taxi to go out for the night and to collect me at 11:30pm - i got a good price so i booked it. Night before i checked on the site at the booking as i'd not heard anything and thought i'd get a confirmation. Nothing. Nobody communicating and the taxi driver or firm that accepted the bid had not confirmed it - it was a good job i checked or i would have been stranded! You have to rely on a taxi booking and this company cannot guarantee this so i'd say pay a little bit extra with someone you can rely on. What if i'd been a young girl on my own? I would have been stranded at midnight on my own! Come on Cab Mania - sort it out - look at all the negative reviews. The first thing you should address is automatic confirmation if a taxi driver / firm bids!!!! Thats just elementary!

Booked a taxi to go to Heatherow and was given a mobile phone number of the taxi driver. Taxi was very late and when I tried contacting the driver, he spoke very poor english, did not know how to use the SAT NAV and was lost in London!! Outrageous!! How could a taxi driver not know how to use a bloody SAT NAV?? Taxi driver kept telling me to wait for him as he was "near" and I had to cancel it after 2 hours of being lost on the road but had unfortunately led me to miss my flight! I called the company to complain but they were so defendant and refused to accept it. It would be bloody nice if the company screen their drivers and made sure that they ACTUALLY SPEAK DECENT ENGLISH AND KNOWS HOW TO USE A SAT NAV.

Tried to book a cab to take me to the airport but the website got stuck and wouldn't confirm the booking. I also didn't receive an email confirmation or a text confirmation as required by my account settings. In the end I decided to book a cab through another company which offered online payment for the cab fare. On the planned day, a cab driver knocked on my door to pick me up. Since he didn't mention he was sent by cabmania i assumed he was sent by the second company and was already paid. Half way through the ride, and after receiving a call from a second driver that came to pick me up, it was clear that the cab i was in was sent by cabmania without any kind of confirmation (either via email or txt) and was not paid for. Being almost half way to the airport meant that returning back would cause me loosing my flight so i had to tell the driver to keep on course and pay him upon arrival to the airport. It was clear that due to cabmania's mulfunctioning website I had paid two cabbies for the same trip. Since then i have been trying to come in contact with cabmania, initially sending a couple of e-mails and then trying to call them tens of times. I have yet to receive a reply to my e-mails or be lucky enough to have my call answered by anybody! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE Even if you think you will be saving a few pounds, there is a big chance you will be paying a lot more than you were supposed to!!

I booked a taxi from central London to Farnham, Surrey for 12:30am last night. Cabmania app worked as expected and driver showed up on time, however, he was struggling to find his way to our destination, even with a satnav that was setup and giving correct instructions. I spent more than half the ride trying to direct him. Even worse, he kept the satnav on his knees and spent an unacceptable amount of time looking down and off the road. When he made a wrong turn, he stopped on the middle of the road and backed up instead of finding a suitable place to turn around. Both me and the other passenger felt uncomfortable and unsafe and would never recommend this company to anyone. This driver should not be on the roads, as he is putting his passengers (and himself, for that sake) in danger. Overall it was a very unpleasant ride, and at £80 I did not feel like I was getting my moneys worth in any way. I am very disappointed that Cabmania is working with a driver like this, and if you need a cab, I would reconsider before booking through them. I certainly won't, ever.

I have never come across such an unprofessional company. We posted our fare on their site and got two quotes. We booked one and during the booking process we got a window pop up that asked us to leave instructions for the driver. In those instructions we left our mobile phone number as a point of contact and shortly afterwards we got a phone call from the driver of the company we had booked with. He was completely professional and we felt OK about the whole booking. However, we subsequently had to cancel the booking and firstly called the driver direct who asked us to also cancel with Cabmania. We emailed them 3 times without any response and finally we sent an email to say that we would not be contacting them again and that if the booking stood it was not our fault. We asked them to PLEASE respond to our email and confirm that the booking was cancelled. We finally got a response simply saying.....Confirmed. No apology, no explanation. I would not book through Cabmania because you feel that in the event of a problem or change to the booking no one is actually there!!

GOT AUTOMATED EMAIL FROM CABMANIA THE NIGHT BEFORE CONFIRMING PICK UP AT 9.00 AM WITH EURO AIRPORT CARS. WAITED UNTIL 9.45AM AND NO-ONE SHOWED UP. TRIED CALLING AND GOT ANSWERING MACHINE 3 TIMES AND HAVE EMAILED THEM 2 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. CABMANIA IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.PEOPLE WHO ARE DEPENDING ON A CAB TO CATCH A FLIGHT SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. CALLED A LOCAL COMPANY (ABBA) AT THE LAST MINUTE AND THANKFULLY THEY COULD ACCOMODATE US (5 PEOPLE AND 6 CASES. JAMES

I booked a cab to pick me up at the airport and received a confirmation email the evening before. After my very long flight I waited in the cold for 15 mins but understood that there may have been traffic so I continued to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting I called the company. The one number that was given to me was no in use and the other number rang for 2 minutea until someone picked up. They assured me the driver would call me shortly but after 30 minutes I just used the airport cabs which cost me almost £100. I will never use this company again! It is two days later and still have not heard from them. Never use threedcabs!!!

I booked a cab to the airport through Cabmania and then was bombarded with texts and emails for no apparent reason. Finally, the night before the flight I got one saying I had cancelled the cab - I hadn't! I then called the cab company direct and asked them to reinstate the booking - they said they didn't know why Cabmania had cancelled and they promised to send a cab. The following morning, no cab showed up and no one answered the cab co's phone. I had to do a last minute booking and nearly missed my flight. Cabmania are a shambles!

I used Cabmania to book a taxi from London Gatwick to Clackett Lane Services (M25) for the start of my holiday - I now wish I hadn't bothered. NEW CENTURY CARS apparently responded to my request but on landing I called NEW CENTURY CARS who denied having taken a booking, stating they only used Cabmania for a one month trial and couldn't transport me despite my booking reference?? I had to use the standard airport taxi service which cost cnsiderably more than I had accepted a quote for from NEW CENTURY CARS. In summary, I would actively discourage anybody from using Cabmania as their service is compromised by shocking companies who allegedly accept bookings through them. DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING WITH NEW CENTURY CARS EITHER, they fail to turn up and aren't interested in trying to help a stranded customer A.Clark

I was amazed by this website www.CABMANIA.COM, IT IS JUST AMAZING, I got the best deal ever from the London LANDMARK TO heathrow for £30! was picked up in a cool MPV could not get better!

really good especially if you don't know the area. I put in the details of where I wanted a taxi and got 3 different quotes from real live taxi companies.
It was all free too!

I am a cab operator and am extremely annoyed with cabmania management. I have been trying to cancel our service with them for months now. I have sent so many emails but to no avail. And if you wondering why have I not called them. Hey they don't have a phone number. I have requested to be given the number but no they won't listen. I get so many fake bookings through the site but as there is no proper way to communicate they still charge me the commission on fake jobs. Really pathetic I am this close to taking legal actions!
If you are cab mania reading this you know who I am as I have litterly sent you an email about 15 minutes ago. Please please look at your emails and action it. I do not want to do the business with you and stop sending me the emails as I am fed up of deleting your emails.
