Pro-Darts were fantastic, and there customer service in second to none! Steve @ Pro-Darts was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. Not only were they the best prices i could find on the internet, but they also got items in for me that i wanted to fulfil my complete order, and they did me a really great deal! All the equipment arrived very quickly, and the postage costs were excellent considering i'd ordered a very heavy Winmau darts mat! The Phase 5 darts are great too...all i need to do now is put in the practice! Thanks again Pro-Darts...no doubt i'll be coming back to you next time i need any darts equipment!

When i emailed them, they told me they were out of stock and advised me they would try to get one in time for Xmas, the next day they called and emailed to say the had got one overnight and dispatched the same day. It is good to know that people will try to help you especially at Xmas, well done Pro Darts.

The website was easy to use and I received excellent customer service when I called Pro-darts regartding my order. My darts arrived on time and were packaged very well.

I would definitley use them again.
