After our offer was accepted by the proper owner, the staff kept arranging the viewing for other buyers. She insisted this is because my wife didn't come to view the property.

In order to present our strong intention, my wife called and emailed her that we 100% ensure we want to buy the property. I got the mortgage AIP, booked the mortgage appointment and signed the contract with a lawyer in just three days.

However, the Greenfield staff still continued what she was doing such as arranging the viewing, uploading new pictures, adding more descriptions and remaining the available status on rightmove.

All the efforts we made contributed nothing at all. Even though my wife asked her we are available at any time for a quick viewing, the staff just told us that we need to wait for Saturday (Open day for all).

Finally of course they found another buyer who "might" offer a higher price and just kicked us away. And that person just put all the responsibilities on us.

I understand the agent want to sell properties for a higher price, but the way she achieved this goal is quite mean and to us buyers.

Additionally I goolged the reviews of Greenfieldk, their reputation is comprehensively complained.

Since then my wife and I just skipped those properties belong to Greenfield while viewing properties on rightmove. There should be some nice guys but we won't take the risk any more.

I was with Greenfield Estates for just over 6 weeks. In that time I had 2 viewings even though they boasted how they had a bulging database! No communication! Take on too many properties that they cannot sell! BEWARE! and do not use!

I would be extremely careful in using this estate agents. After we had our offer accepted with Greenfield's and continued the process to getting our mortgage application fully approved and survey done. The Surveyor was not let in to the property, therefore informed our mortgage broker, who then contacted the estate agent to find out he had already sold the property to another buyer.

Neither the estate agent or vendor was in touch to inform us of this news even though we had kept them up to date about our applications/ survey etc.

We are first time buyers, had no chain, and were ready to go!

I wont be using these people again, i wont trust they wont screw us over again.
