This ladder is very solid and looks to be manufactured to a high standard ,

The only complaint with this item is the condition in which it was delivered , while there

seems to be nothing that would be classed as damage , the general condition of the ladder

looks to be generally bashed about to the point that it already looks second hand .

When a lot of effort is put into producing a quality product delivering the product to the customer in this condition does not give a good impression, while ladders can be returned it

would be more professional to do the job right in the first place and treat the customer with a bit more respect .

I was made up with the quality of the product I ordered and the speed of the delivery. I ordered at something like 2.30pm on a Wednesday and the goods had arrived by 10.30am the next morning and that is with the standard free delivery. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Ladders-Online, who I will be sure to use again.

I wish everything I ordered online were as easy and straightforward as Ladders Online. My ladder arrived the next morning and I was able to use it immediately after just a tiny bit of assembly. Brilliant!

One suggestion: a simple sheet explaining the different configurations of the combination ladder would be helpful.

I placed my order on wed 09/02/2011 it arrived o thur 10/02/2011 at 8.15 AM

it took me 1hr 10mins to install (tip ) drill A pilot hole for the main fixing screws and lubricate with fairey liquid easy.

There are four limit blocks ( not two as per instructioms ) when they are adjusted remove one screw at a time and drill through with a 1mm drill and then screw firmly home, its that easy, magic!

I was emailed the same day I ordered to tell me my goods had been despatched. It turned up at 9.40 the following morning!!! How's that for service. Especially this close to Christmas. Brilliant! I would definately recommend this site. Well done everyone involved and a great big thankyou - I can now reach the top shelf in my kitchen - at last!
