Do Not Use This Website

as a business we placed a small order with these to see what they were like befor we place a large order and so glad we only spent 20 quid with this site as they are a bunch of cowboys.

on home page of the trade site it states FREE delivery on all uk orders and any order placed befor 4pm ar dispatched same day, We were charge £7 for delivery next day via dhl, we placed the order on a tuesday afternoon at 2pm, almost a week later still no goods so rand to be promissed in the post by end of that day and il recive the items next day , still waiting, so do not use this site g5 online are a joke, any luck others will find this site befor they but from g5-cowboys.com, no il prob have to try and get my money back god knows how long that will take, will never use this site again any luck more buyers will stop and send them bust

Avoid This Website!

I placed my order via G5-Online on 11 January 2012 the item showed as in stock. By the 18 January I'd heard nothing with regards to item being dispatched and emailed via contact us. Received no reply, but the next day received a 'your item has been despatched notice.'

Today is 23 January and still nothing has arrived with me. I telephoned and actually spoke to someone this time, who said I should have received my item by now. I told him I hadn't and that I've also read some unfavourable reviews about their company.

He has now promised to send another case out to me.....we shall see if this turns up or not. Shall let you know what happens!!

Do not use this website at any cost!

Update to this review.

Following a telephone convesation with G5 Online and expressing my thoughts of never expecting to receive the item after reading some disfavourable reviews of them.

Suprise suprise...the item arrived by recorded delivery the next day!

Item described as leather....which it certainly is NOT!

Would not use this site again.

Avoid Buying From This Company

Item supposedly sent out on the 15th November - now the 26th. Nothing has arrived and they have not replied to email sent on Friday. Just found this review web and can see what we are up against. Have just emailed direct to their customer service so will see what happens but not holding my breath.

NOTE TO SELF: search review sites before ordering off internet ever again.

ok..ok...lette le recensioni relative all'incappamento con g5 online...ho ben capito che si tratta di pochi di buono e null'altro...anche per me..fatto l'ordine..vi seguito un silenzio totale da parte loro....cmq vi sono diversi modi come far finire queste catene di sant'antonio...raccomando a tutti di segnalare quanto pi possibile e in modi svariati eventuali truffe del genere...non escludiamo che vi possano essere..dietro quella schermata di negozio on line...semplici truffaldini che mettono in conto una non reazione da parte del cliente...saluti a tutti e al prossimo treadh con novit pi promettenti

g5-online are not a trustworthy website. They product is sent when it obviously has not been. You chase up and they make the same promise, but still no product. Placed order 19 Apr, now 10th May and still not product. Please do not trust this website, I'm only glad I only spent £3.29 with these clowns!

Bought these headphones via the Amazon website. They arrived on time and everything seemed fine until they developed a fault after 2 weeks. I contacted customer services who asked me to return them for a replacement. After that - nothing. No replacement, no refund, no contact, despite 3 emails, and another email to Amazon. Appalling. Avoid like the plague.

I then received an e-mail from the company nearly 2 weeks later stating that a batch of their products were 'lost' and that i should contact them if i want a refund. I've sent 4/5 e-mails to them and had no reply yet. Do not buy ANYTHING, no matter how cheap, from g5 online

Bought Some Headphones from them which they were selling through "playtrade" on play.com... They took my money, a day later got a confirmation of postage, then the day after that sent me an email saying i was getting a full refund, the reason? "oos".

So they lied about posting the item, took a day to tell me, and all they said was "oos". i'm asuming this means Out Of Stock, but they never answered any of my emails, didnt get any apology for their poor service and mistakes, And to top it off i've been waiting 4 days now for my refund and have got nothing.

In Short - They Missed An Item From My Order And D

In short - they missed an item from my order and did not answer any emails sent to them. I had to make a claim via PayPal in order to get my money back. I recommend NEVER ordering from G5 Online.

The full story - I ordered two items from G5 Online; an in-car mounting kit and a leather pouch with screen protector for my mobile phone. It was/is a new model (HTC Desire HD) and few places had the phone for sale let alone accessories for it. I thought I had found a bargain through G5 Online who had several accessories at a low price with free delivery and could have put quite a bit of business their way (several of my colleagues have purchased the same phone since seeing mine). I WAS WRONG.

I ordered the goods online and received notification of my order by email immediately (all items listed). Not too long after I received notice that the goods had been dispatched (again, all items were listed). When the package was delivered only the car mounting kit was in there. No sign of the leather pouch or screen protector. I sent a polite email the same day explaining this and asking if they would be sent separately. No reply. I waited a week and sent another email to their sales AND customer care addresses asking if there was a problem with the order and if I did not receive a reply I would have to approach PayPals Resolution Centre. No reply. After another week I opened a ticket in the PayPal Resolution Centre which automatically contacts G5 Online with details of the dispute. Still they sent no reply to me or PayPal. After another week I escalated it to a claim for the cost of the missing item. Eventually they notified PayPal that they agreed to the refund and I got my money back.

In conclusion - At no point did G5 ever email me to let me know if there was a problem, or apologise for missing the item from my order, or even acknowledge any of my messages to them. Even PayPals dispute email did not get a reply! There is no excuse for this and as such I will never purchase from them again, and I will recommend nobody else does either.
