Super After Sales Support I have just recieved a super after sales support from Heat and Plumb The terms and conditions state that the customer should check the item on delivery but as the item was deliverd in Christmas week no checks were made of the package Some three weeks later when unpacking the item damage was found and a part was missing Contact by email was made to the company and within a day or so all matters were resolved and new replacement parts sent out THanks go to all the team at Heat and Plumb but esspecially to Jeet who followed this up with a personal phone call Many thanks will use this company again!

I was very cross after I was sent the wrong wash hand basin and had such a wait for the correct one to be delivered. They went to great lengths to make sure I got the wash hand basin which cost them because they refunded me the cost of the wash hand basin.They had been given the incorrect information from their suppliers which caused the confusion in the first place. It looks fabulous thank you.

I rang heat and plumb on Wednesday to ask about stock of taps. They were very helpful and assured me the taps would be posted next day if purchased today. And true to their word it arrived on Thursday morning all as dis ribbed and well packed. So cheap price and great delivery service I award 5 stars.

Having chosen some radiators from a catalogue I'd looked at in my local bathroom showroom, I went online to see if I could get a better deal. This site came up first and was showing prices around 30% cheaper than the showroom quoted me. I was slightly hesitant as I thought the radiators must be cheap imports or copies. However, they arrived on Friday with the Reina logo on all the packaging and they were genuine! The installer has now fitted and I'm very happy with the whole transaction. Thank you Heat & Plumb!

I bought a Bristan kitchen tap on Tuesday afternoon over the phone and they delivered the item the following morning. Excellent quality tap too. Very good service on the phone and for delivery. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Having shopped around for a few weeks, I found HeatandPlumb.com to be one of the cheaper sites for my central heating system I needed. Whilst they weren't the cheapest, the site looked professional and trustworthy, and their sales team helped confirm my decision when they helped arrange my Vaillant boiler and Stelrad radiators to be delivered within the next week.

It was all received within 7 working days, as stated on their website. I found the site really easy to use - got my order taken with the minimum of fuss by calling someone in the sales department.

The only small concern I had was that I had spent over £2000 with this company, and I was updated mostly via email. For peace of mind I would have prefered to speak to someone over the phone, but I did this by ringing them a few days after to check on the status of my order.

Overall, very happy with the experience, and would recommend Stelrad radiators too - big name in the industry and reliable.
