I ordered a toilet seat with heatandplumb. It arrived badly damaged. It took me 3 weeks to react to that due to a bereavement in my family. There was no reaction to my email. When I finally called, they said it's too late. The contract says that I'd have to report delivery of damaged goods within 24 hours. Fair enough, but I was away organizing a funeral. It would have been nice to show some good will.
